Hello,

Does anyone know any free Pocket PC browsers that support full browsing, like Java, flash, etc…
Or one that supports Runescape?

I searched on GOogle for a while, but still nothing, :'(

RS is a large memory requiring application…

RS2 = No - requires too much memory.
RSC = Possibably, haven't seen the System requirements of that, but it has less advanced graphics.

How much memory are you talkign about?
I have a high end phone, O2 XDA EXEC.
It has a fast CPU, large RAM(for a phone), and SSD.

Got 64+ MB RAM? 300 MHz+ CPU? 800*600 screen resolution..? Those are the minimum specs to run RuneScape.

Please reread my post, :)
By full browser support, I mean the browser can be used exactly the same as using the browser on a Desktop OS

I have a PPC myself, and I've been looking for a browser too, the only one that might work is netfront(if i recall correct). But that was a couple of years ago. I don't think that there is a browser which fully supports java etc.

I'm currently trying to develop a Java Browser made for Runescape, I'll bump this topic when it's done and working.

No guys, you're looking for the wrong things. You don't want a browser which can support Java, that's a standard for almost all browsers. You're looking for a Phone/PDA/etc. that is compatible with the JRE.

As far as I'm aware, the smallest Java compatible thing you can get is a Asus Eee PC (about £200 and pretty small, comes with wireless etc..).. However I think someone has developed a Java runtine environment for the PSP (can't remember what it's called though, and I'm not sure if it's made for the browser, might just be for developers)

Hope that helps

I don't think I've seen anything, since most all pocket PC's don't have a mouse, just touchscreen.

You don't need a mouse to play Runescape.
A touch screen even has more advantages than a mouse.
