When some one reports you for macroing you get a random event. Me and my bro tried it, and it worked. I told a kid on rs that i was macroing, and he reported me and I got a random. 2nd one was freaky forest 1st was oldman.

Another reason to make your characters not look like bots. So, someone could abuse the system and in bounty hunter report them for macroing and get them a random?

You can just get banned for falsely reporting…

I was on two accounts at once and reported my other account like 10 times in a row for macroing and nothing happened to either account. You can't be falsely reporting macroing since it is "undetectable".

30-60 secs i think. Not instantly, and you have to click something.

tbh this doesn't mean squat .. it's not even a valid comment anymore now that most the bots are gone. I get reported quite a bit just for not answering people when they decide that they want to socialize and my Girlies are in Trashure Trails stuff and not 3 item-ing.

It's a crock of shizz and it's my personal opinion that those kind of reports (multiple instances of them) result in the .5 blackmark bans. Burns my behind. It's like enforced socialization.

Lol, yea well auto respond aint always good. If people keep asking the same thing over and over again, and you respond with the samething its gonna be bannage =/. Unless you have perfect anti-ban like sumilion.

What does Jagex tell the person that falsely reports many people?

@vcvv: Read the "Report Abuse" form? It says "Abusers of this form will be banned"…

I repeat, macroing abuse reports don't exist because no one knows for sure who is macroing it's not like falsely reporting someone for the other rules which are either there or not.

Lakerzz .. I disagree with you. The reason I disagree is because I know someone who 100% for a fact does NOT macro, but he DOES refuse to talk to people he doesn't know. Therefore .. you get some little turd who wants to talk, you don't answer him, and the next thing you know .. you have gawd and country within 10 pixel blocks reporting you for macroing. Guess what? You then get banned and a .5 blackmark, which is EXACTLY what he got. He tried to appeal it .. got the same response that we real cheaters get. I believe that Jagex errors on what they see as the side of "caution" and that's where the .5 blackmarks came from.

Also .. I have tested it on my main, who is a pmod. Jagex has no issues handing out a short ban with minimal blackmarks to protect the "integrity" of their game :)

One of the first :) tho I haven't logged in to enter my "registration number" since they made us provide personal information to them in an effort to track us .. the letter from them is sitting on my counter. I haven't played on my main in months .. basically since they destroyed the game.

aw come on now fellas .. I have NEVER cheated on my main - a bit of drop trading, dual logging, and bug abuse, but never *cheated* for real :) I only started cheating on the new players I was creating less than a year ago when I started to get bored .. I was legit for 5 years.

I have a feeling I'm probably not the only pmod here at SRL .. maybe just the only one who doesn't have a problem saying I am one. No one here knows anything "real" about me so I don't really see it as any great risk.

Omg I would love to be a pmod lol and cheat jagex, rofl that must be kind of hilarious, but oh well becoming a pmod now is almost impossible hehehe….:p:p:D:D:D

I never really reported people very often tbh :) only when I saw people being harrassed did I report. As for the IP ban .. that's why I play unsigned on my Girlies, signed on my main .. on two different computers. But who knows .. anything could happen :p it's the chance we all take.
