Hmmm, i heard this one before, i'm not entirely sure if this works, but try shutting down every anti-virus thing you have, at least if you feel comfi with it ;) and redownload it…i suppose you can turn them back on once downloaded…

OK good I figured it out. For other people that may have this problem here is what I did. INstead of dling and saving SRL, just click the open button in the dowload box that pops up when you click download. It should open up SRl in winrar. From there click extract to and put it in the scar root folder, problem solved. :)
