I am very confused. He infracts me, then calls me an "Unlucky bitch" in a PM. I though we aren't allowed to use offensive language.. ?

There's a difference between warnings and infractions. You can't get banned for warnings; three infractions, though, equals a temp ban.

Yeah, pretty stupid of him (*kicks Sporky*), but you're not really getting punished for it.

It annoys me when I go to my user CP and think I did something wrong…

It's a warning, sue me.
