i keep getting this problem

Line 6: [Error] (157:11): Duplicate identifier 'MOVEMOUSE' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.14\includes\SRL\SRL\Misc\Smart.scar
User specified a new RS window
Failed when compiling
[Error] (87:1): Unexpected end of file

i followed the tutorials like they say, but i can't get it to work, any suggestions?

You aren't actually supposed to run the astual Smart.scar file - it is just the include to tell SCAR + SMART what to do.

Just find some good scripts with SMART in it, or read a tut on Installing SMART into your scripts.
