Steel plates will lose me 800gp per alch :( I cant think of anything else to high alch. So what should I alch so I actually get a profit?

i honestly think that there is no way to f2p alch and make a profit without actually acquiring the goods by hand :rolleyes:

I completely agree with gerauchert. I don't think there is anything you can make money on smithing unless you went to like iron. and then you would still be losing money probably.

Before getting rune med helms and such was the best thing. But now that the G E is out, the prices are more than the high alch prices. So I think you're out of luck. But what you can do is use the Zybez item information to find out high alch prices and then compare them with GE prices. It might take a while but you're bound to find something that gives a profit.

Get your auto army to make you steel/bronze plates, and have them sell them to you at the lowest possible price, then high alch. With the new smart update, you could have 1k plates in about 3-5 days =D
