Post your favorite non-rs multiplayer games here! These are my favorites:

Tibia - A nice MMORPG with nice 2d-graphics (www.tibia.com)

Pros:
+ PK EVERYWHERE outside depots(they're like banks in rs) and temples, so in other words if someone pisses you off, you can just kill them ;)
+ money is actually worth something (not like in Runescape)


Cons:
- Dying sucks… a LOT! (you lose xp)
- No sounds, but on the other hand, we have .mp3s ;)
- Botting is easy, but you might get pked easily and bots aren't always virus-free.


Counter-Strike 1.6 - A classic FPS game (www.steampowered.com)

Pros:
+ When teamplay works, this game is just awesome even on public servers
+ Works on older PCs too

Cons:
- Can get repetitive

Sword of the New World is a fun MMORPG that it like WoW, but in like 18th Century, Colonial times.

Free to play until level 14, give it a try.

And no, it's not as gay as the web page looks.

Phoenix dynasty - A nice MMORPG with nice 2d-graphics

Pros:
+ Nice Graffias
+ Has skills that u can lvl up and make stuff


Cons:
- Cant think of any right now

Counter strike : Source is a far better game (than counter strike 1.6) add it to the list.

counter strike 1.6 isnt free is it?

and i'd be able to give you my big-long list of free games :)…if only sp0rk-eh.com was up :(

EDIT: unless ur talking about only mmorpg's, then the list is quite short

When I'm bored of RS I make maps for source.

If you want a good fun 2d game..

try Soldat.. A 2d platforma.. Mixed with 2d CS,Quake, and some other games..

i think 10 guns to choose from.. 4 secondary weapons..(knife,chinsaw,pistol) ect.. Cutomize clothes .. add music.. And add music from MP3.. to listen to.. while in game..

I tryed to stop playin rs and go to 2moons but its still in beta and seems to have some connection problems but everyone i kno that plays it says it runs fine

adventure quest is alright.. it gets a bit boring at times tho

Day of Defeat is like Counter Strike but it is WWII and way better.

cs was awesome

however, COD4 takes the cake now

conquer is a pretty fun mmorpg

pros: fun fighting system

cons: fighting 'can' get repetitive if you let it
market has skyrocketed out of control
the creators can't speak english, so the guides pretty much suck and some of the enterface has a lot of typing errors

Make your own flash games! It's fun! haha, I once made one where you get to shoot the teachers…got saw playing it by a teacher - lets just say I won't be doing that again anytime soon…
