Is it considered a black mark if u get muted by jagex for supposedly "breaking a rule? Does that increase ur chances of being banned at all?

it depends, if it says that you have a black mark then yes, if it says that you dont then no ;)

I gone one just like it with 63 blackmarks. And also it is perm-muted but not banned. But now it is locked, I think.

I got a 10 day ban and .5 black marks from macroing…but all I said in the appeal was 'prove it' and they gave my account back lol. They can't hold me with no evidence ;)

Does anyone have a screen shot of the "evidence" they provide?

So it was accepted?
Jagex doesn't permanently ban your account if they catch you autoing, they give you a 10 day ban for the first time.

You don't get evidence for macroing violations because that might give away their "macroing detection" secrets.
