I think this is true - when Jagex constantly adds new sprites, they probably forget to change their math in the Java to add up to 100%.

I have task manager up there because I had firefox open. Why do i need task manager you ask? Well when i open like a popup on firefox. Firefox freezes and then i have to use task manager to close it. Lol but really guys no edit
