Hello iam U L T R A and today i will be teaching you how to edit/make a script S.M.A.R.T usable.


Alright, first to start off you need to read Markus's Tutorial to edit your SRL abit.

How To Edit Somone Else's Script/Your Script, So It Would Be S.M.A.R.T Usable.
Ok so you have edited your SRL and now you want to use S.M.A.R.T with somone's script/Your script, its simple, i will explain how:

1. First get a script.
2. Then once you get a script find

{.Include SRL/SRL.Scar}.

3. Once you found it, on top of it insert:

{.Include SRL/SRL/Misc/Smart.Scar}

4. Now if you want, save it, run the script, wait because S.M.A.R.T takes time to load and enjoy autoing!

I really don't want to flame you here but…

This tutorial looks like it took you about 5 minutes to make, most useless and basic tutorial ever. And that is NOT how you set up scar, you have to modify world prefixes inside Smart.scar, and under SRL.scar you have to add a whole new line under the { } function…

Maybe an in depth tutorial about how to get this stuff working would help others alot, and not make you have a 60% poll result in saying that it didn't really help you at all…

I don't want to sound as negative as Toxin, because this is a kind of good idea, but the problem is most people who have errors with adding SMART aren't using Markus's method. Also, doesn't Markus say how to add it in his tut anyway?

Toxin, could you send me a pm on a more in-depth description…I kinda stink at SCAR and stuff…but I still try.

Sorry if this misleads anythign away from this thread.

um there alot more procedures than this such as modifying the srl code and also modifying the smart set up itself

smart will work on any runescape cript but you need to add it to the cript yourself

Make sure you're using the new smart fixes and have an updated Worlds.ini Also, if you're using Rev 30 take out Embedded Smart.dll but leave Embedded_Smart.dll Hope this helps ;)
