well title says it all, a cow killer and hide banker. (f2p)
best place would be in falador, killing the cows next to the crafting guild and banking at feb, there's a dirt road all the way up to the crafting guild.

i might go study up on Cowz and try it, probably won't be too good looking back on my scripts. so anyone else can do it too, but i was wanting one too so i guess i'll try it
