Hello SRL Community,


This is a script I have made. It isn't really that good. But don't go hard on me. I am only 12 years old.

All scripts would have Name: and Version: in them. When you check a version on lines 18-22 you would find the Name: of the script and type it in Const 'Script1'. You would also type the Version: of that script in Const 'Version1'. (Version2 for the second script) You can have 2 script's versions checked at a time. If you don't want to check a second script's version then type NA in Script2 and Version2. All the names must have no spaces. When you are uploading a version.txt file make it ScriptNameVersion.txt. Replace ScriptName with the name of your script. DON'T FORGET VERSION AT THE END! If you don't the link won't work. If you want to use this for your scripts just pm K Y L E or Da 0wner on SRL Forums (They are both me on SRL Forums) I go on both of them so either one will be fine. hi, i went trhough your code and as far as scar goes there's no big deal about it. i was wondering if you would please share the php part of it? or how you do to check it? if not in public at least in pm please?

There is no PHP in it. I just uploaded a text file (KylesAutoTalkerVersion.txt) with 1.0 on it to my freewebs site. And it basically goes there and gets it and if it is equal to the version you typed it says you got the current version.

aww couldn't you have banned this one? because i like k y l e better then da 0wner and just give k y l e the priveleges i had on this acct?

p.s did you mean openwebpage to load the script if its not updated? i'm still wondering how to make it download and install to your computer automatically in the scar script direcory. anyone got a clue?

Updated Version! Added openwebpage.

It is possible to openwebspage to the link of the direct download. So it will pop up the Do You Want To Open, Save, or Cancle download box (like when downloading a script). Just hover your mouse over the download then look at the bottom left of your WebBrowser and type the URL down.
