the smart client is pretty good on its own, but i have some scripts that was runned in lower version of scar, so is there away to open it with out opening scar?

No, that is not possible.
Get new scripts btw, the old antirandoms are broken.

i ran smart in scar 3.13c not sure how far down it can go. i prefer playing on my own frame timers on the side.

no. don't try scarscape. its bad, and will eventually probably get you banned. and thats not a good thing.

id just update the scripts or get new ones if i were you

You can just have a 'blank' script with just the SMART launch in it then set SMART as the client for the other script and should work (though I think you would lose the minimizing aspect and be sure to turn off blocking if you do use this method).
