This time it's partially true, though! Last time it was:
"There are no cheats for RuneScape" - Which is a big fat lie.
This one is a little true, 'cause if you google "RuneScape Cheat" you will most likely start out by downloading a keylogger. Luckily - SCAR is not a keylogger :p

But yes - The cheaters make front-page again.

Rofl @ Msg of the week, also, one thing I thought about in the shour once:

In the RuneScape rules, they say macroing / using software that gives one advantage over other players is not allowed, but in the one message of the week they said they don't exist :p Liars!

They say cheats don't exist and technically they don't (afaik).

SwiftSwitch <may> include keylogger…

Though it's semi-allowed by Jagex…

This is as true as the last one. Macroing is not CHEATING in the sense of the word cheat. You don't enter a code into runescape to suddenly have 100k appear in your inventory. What I mean to say is it's not a cheat code, its just cheating the rules.

Probably because of the Public release of SMART :)

Yaye! But ya the rules don't make sense. The security vault says that there are no cheats and then the rules say that you shouldn't use programs that have an unfair advantage A.K.A. Enhance gameplay. There so stupid. Saying that you shouldn't use it but that it doesn't exist.

No, they are saying there are no cheat codes, like pressing f4 after dropping an item to duplicate it. Or using a program to edit your stats.

But, programs that play the game for you are not cheat codes but merely a program that gives you an unfair advantage.

There is a difference between cheating and cheat codes. There are no cheat codes in life, but there are ways to cheat.

Lol I was planning to make a thread with this but You beat me to it:p I was *Rolling On the Floor Laughing* When I first saw this thing. I think because Jagex can't stop us, they are trying to scare people so they never come to sites like this [Where we get programs to get 'unfair advantage over others']:D
