Dynamic DTM Editor
by Nielsie95
This is a (D)DTM editor made in Delphi. It looks a lot like the one SCAR has built in, but it has a few additions ;)
Features- Create, edit, view and delete points
- Adjustable colors for the lines to the points.
- Yellow pointers to see which point you're editing.
- Load / save DTM's (supports the SCAR format) :D
- Load DTM's from strings.
- Load images from a .bmp file.
- Load images from clipboard
- Show the matching pixels (similar to cts 1).
- Generate a DDTM or DTM which you can use in SCAR.

Major credits to
Markus for telling me how the DTM's are saved and loaded.
Please post bugs, suggestions and tips!

I asked him to keep it secret. And I hope that Nielsie does. No, I won't tell you.
Anyways nice job :)

Please, nielsie! Tell me!!! Tell me!!!
The most I got from BenLand was that is was just some information; you just had to know how to interpret it. :(

Absolutely, amazing. Works like a charm, no more opening multiple scars to make stupid DTM's, then trying to copy across to make them Dynamic.
Thanks a lot! :)

Hmmm so I got it working, but does anyone know how to make it work on a widescreen comp? When I run the DDTMs in scar, I get errors, cause the main points are outside the usual screen.

Take a bitmap screeny of the rs screen then save it. Finally open it with the DDTM editor.

I think you can just use the clipboard. Press PrintScreen, then open DDTM Editor and go to Image -> Paste Image.

Yes, I know you can do that, but the idea with a widescreen computer is that when you just do it the normal way, you get points that are outside the usual screen.
By the way, whats a bitmap screenie?
-Griff
Basically a print screen of a picture.

Bump, I know.
I was using this the other day, and I noticed that the DTM output is different than SCAR's. Just thought I might want to let you know.

I didn't test either one, I just noticed it. I could it test if you'd like.

I think the DTM output is different because the MainPoint is repeated as a subpoint.

Wow. For some reason, I can no longer get the output (D)DTMs to work from this!!! z0mg! I feel like such a member noob. Wow… I really am embarrassed. Grrrr.. SCAR just plain doesn't find the DTM output from this but does fine with the DTMs it creates. I'm probably just missing something little.
Help appreciated,
Tniffoc

Tniffoc, what is the DTM of? Did you add tolerance?
Tniffoc
2009-05-24 06:08:38
Yes. I added tolerance. I've been able to do many DDTMs before but now, I can only do DTMs… Kind of odd if you ask me.

you might want to fix up the whole making the mainpoint the first subpoint thing. Just a bug I noticed was present with this.

How do I download this? I click on the link but all it does is show up in simba as a whole bunch of random variables (or what seems to be at least. I know it probably means somethin)
