SRL Archive - Discussions and Debates

In my script the dumpster digger, I have been using findobject to find a box to click. The problem it….the box is brown…and so is a lot of other stuff in the general store….I was wondering if theres a different SRL procedure for something like this. I looked in my SRL files in Objects but …I'm a newb….I don't really understand some of them..so any reccomedations would be greatly appreciated.

Don't be just limited to color.

Try Bitmaps.

FindBitmapToleranceIn
FindObjectDeformed

Maybe even give DTMs a try.
FindDtmObj
FindDTM

Or just use some simple mousemovements until IsUpTextMulti('earch', 'rate', 'cra')

I tried DTM's but they didn't seem to work for a crate…If it is possible…I'm on MSN a lot so please help me…I would love any help any 1 can offer.

wuts findDTMobj do? does it look for DTM and text at upper left of screen?
