So, I was just downloading Ventrilo and I asked myself a question: Does anyone even read the legal requirements and stuff or do they just press the download button?.

I hate reading the stupid legal stuff. I sometimes read it, but I never ever ever have or ever will read the legal stuff on rs. Its like 999999999 words!!!

It is not necessary..because i have never bought a game or a DVD or something like that.. so it's illegal anyways. :)

Admins make it so their asses are protected. Just because you didn't read that they now own your soul when you click accept does not mean they can't come and collect it whenever they want.

Most of those agreements basically say things like you can't sue them and they are not responsible for any damages. They also state their privacy policy which says they have the right to hack your webcam and upload pics to the internet. But you won't know, you already checked the box and clicked accept. :spot:
