Well, I figured Id post this here as I try to re-enter the community.
Ok, so last Friday, I was skiing with some friends. At the end of the slope, I stop and look around. I see my friends and start towards them. All of a sudden, a snowboarder rams into me-full force. My skis fall off and I am sent flying. Part of the reason it was so painful was that I barely make 5 feet tall, and weigh 85 lbs (yes, Im tiny for my grade). So when this 6 ft tall snowboarder hits me, Im literally sent flying. I havent seen a doctor yet, but my left arm unbelievibly sore. I can't straited my arm more than 90 degrees and my bicep pains me when I use it. I don't think its broken though… Any ideas on what I should do to make it feel better?
