U can drive on 16 though.. :(

It's 16(up to a certain alcohol%) for drinking and 18 for driving in the netherlands

i live in puerto rico!! omg lot of girls here and you can drive whith 16 and drink whith 18, but that dont mind, teens smoke, drink and all that stuff without the age :D

You only have to be 12 to drink and drive at the same time in the United States. It's not legal, but you can do it at age 12.

what part of puerto rico? ( im back btw ). we went to San Juan, Old San Juan, Ponce, Agudda ( sp? ), vanadda ( sp?, about 30 mins outside of San Juan ), Lajos, plus just all around the island.
