I tryed to log into today and well "your account has been disabled blah blah" so i
thought shit im bantz. I go to the appeal center, I was given .5 black marks and a 3 day ban. I haven't marcroed on my account for about a month, ive just been using scarscape to make scripts.

Did they say you did an illegal client or did you just get banned? Scarscape probably isnt the problem.

I don't think they would 3 day ban if they saw illegal client. It must be something you said.

What was the rule they temp banned you for?

my roomate sufferd the same thing, using scarscape, and at the end he got a 10 day ban for rule 7 and 0.5 black mark, and he wasn't macroing… soo

half the time i play on scarscape instead of a normal client. I've never been banned other than me being retarded. (Direct trade of macro goods)

Scarscape is detectable, as told before. Just use normal rs in the future.

First of all… there's no evidence for breaking RWT or using a thrid party software…. and also, my roomate was playing on scar and not macroing or any thing else… sooo it kinda explain its self?

agree… jagex is not that stupid not to monitor our computer's activities to check for any scarscape running… obviously scarscape is for macroing and not like swiftswitch which have many functions zzz

Yes, thats why you use the regular instead of scarscape. or anything of that sort. because they will eventually catch you, whether you are botting or not.

id rather save my blackmarks for when i get caught autoing

oh wait, scarscape same thing as SCSS?
i just used scss, i figure freddy1990 = ownage so i'd use it

ScarScape is NOT the same as SCSS. IMO, ScarScape is VERY detectable, and I reccomend for no one to use it.

Why? Because for many reasons;
1) Locked North MM, Humans can't do that,
2) Symbols locked, normal RS mixes them around,
and 3) Colors never change, any legal client the colors change.

SCSS does not alter the client but merely has built in world switching links. So it is not at all like ScarScape. I believe…

Edit: If you were making scripts then you were probably testing scripts, correct? Maybe testing your own script got you banned.

Yeah probably he got banned by testing the scripts , anyways I stopped using ScarScape when S.m.a.r.t came out public, its a way better….and less detectable, as somebody said….no human can keep perfect north nor keeping the same colors….

grave dig, while this is up i might as well post it, SMART doesnt modify the runescape client hence undetectable
