Is it just me or does the new skill suck really hard? - summoning, To get the skill u gota do a quest, fine cuz its so easy but then u got to get stuff like a raw chicken and Wolf Bones, wich currently are worth 1-5k each.. so do u like the new skill or not? vote and tell us why u love it/ hate it

What I like is it took them 24 hours to get to lvl-44. When construction was released they all where 60+ within 24 hours.

Yes, if i undersand u ur saying that this skill is good? well anyways, one other bad thing is that u NEED stuff to make attacks and that ur monster cant lvl up, ow and that u cant enter some places with a summoned monster like, tele to fally, summon a monster then try to get to taverly and see what it says..

I think there is something I might suggest at the RS forums: A spell working as the obelisk, like, hell no am I going to walk to taverley or shilo every time I feel like summoning something =/

yanix, you create summon-pouches.
I don't see why you're so negative. If you don't want to pay 1 - 5k for chickens or bones, go get them yourself!
You don't like the fact that you need scrolls to get your familiar to use its special attack (because it can attack normally WITHOUT scrolls!), fine. But do you hate the magic skill too then? You need runes for that to work, don't you? Or the ranged skill where you need arrows?

I love the magic cuz u dont have to go and buy a air rune for 15k, I LOVE range cuz im a ranger myself.. and the arrow thing, I can go to a store and buy as many as I whant, same thing with runes

It's a hell to get those charms after you used the ones you get from the quest.

its stupid…. waste of a stat and they made the stats scrolling / logout and all

About the charms: I went off to kill a couple of White Wolves for their bones. I killed 5 in all and got 3 charms. It took me 1 minute once I was there.
What I'm trying to say is: Take it as a challenge to get the items required - that's how any real skill should be and not just be about the money.

I still don't see the point, yanix. If you want 3 raw chickens, go buy some in Canifis, just like you would with runes and arrows. Or use the Grand Exchange.

it's a fine skill infact i love it, just abit to slow/expensive for my taste in a skill ; they should be profitable.

Gum, ty for the canfis thing :) and its just not so fun.. fun would be if u dont need charms and stuff.. just some easy getable stuff and that ur pet can fight without any scrolls, and that u can choose ur pet to be u.. so u can control it and let it lvl up and so.. if u play wow or something ull get my idea.. its kinda fun with a dog tho:) ive got some fat bulldog foloin me all the time :) makes me happie :D

I love the new skill! well… only the fact that it raises your combat…

@ Fakawi: What is you combat lvl right now? mines 113…

You people seem to forget that you can actually use the puches… And that there is a shop in canifis that sells unlimited chickens for 9gp.

I see your point, and I agree that it would be great if it could actually grow and evolve - like a Pokémon! ;)

Dragooon, and I think that jagex will stop the canfis shop, well Ill have to go there and buy about a mil or so, so cya around :)
