Why is he banned? im looking in the Banned Users section but hes not in there.. anyone can explain?

hes requsted a 1 week bann starting today so wont be bak by the 20
and i spoke to him on msn and said still properly wont come bak
hes busy playing halo

I just dont get this.. so if I say i wana be banned for 1 month theyll do it? kinda stupid, why do u even wana be banned?
