This is a effect, one of the first ones i made in photoshop. It looks cool and its easy to make. Good for beginners.

Cool, Good Tutorial. I just don't know when I'd ever use it. I need a place w/ more tutorials like this. It's the easiest way to learn and use all the filters. Anybody got any ideas for more tutorials like this?

Press Ctrl + U. (Hue, saturdation, luminance/light) and change to about

Hue 130
sat 20-100
Luminance 0 (or is it 50)

i pulled these from my head. But play with the HUE to change colors.

JuKKa, you know where I can find some GOOD sites w/ tutorials on web design/layouts and just basically how to make some cool graphics. I am more interested in a good site where I can learn and get inspiration for sick layouts.
