gravedigging is annoying for some of these reason noobs do it to get post count and when noobs do it to unwanted/outdated script's more leechers think its ok so were getting like 10-20 post to script thats was made like 5-8 month's ago so it does get on the bad side of mods so instead of trusting people thay have to lock that thread to stop leechers gaining post counts

Ok, but post count doesn't matter according to mods/admins….So why would they care if they got a higher post count, it wouldn't really be considered spamming.

Gravedigging is annoying, because:
I click 'new posts' and see an interesting topic. I then click it. I read its content, and realize it was posted a year ago, and anything I say the topic starter will no longer see. The topic discussion subject is also usually very old, such as 'The new pinball random'.
Therefore, it wastes my time. It wastes everyones time. Don't do it.
