frustrated by the state of cheating now-a-days? irregardless of anything jagex has done, the generally mentality of people through-out the communities is horrible, and the way everyone talks to each other? i get sick every time i visit mopars site, supposedly the heir to kaitnieks.com. i left when the light was shining and i come back to the darkness.
I'm not sure exactly what you mean. The bitterness and competition between communities bothers me, though.

just look around on mopar's site, every other topic is filled with flaming and insults directed at people with no repercussions. back in the day posts like that would get you banned, and i do not blame any of the moderating staff its just gotten out of control.

Forums like these need to generate enough content to keep people occupied. If the content stops people will get angry and frustrated. We are opting for a change in strategy, from army to single player skills, and our library is still a good way to keep the audience happy. Moreover I think that most forums lack enough Leadership and concensus, partly because of the absence of clear rules (or the implementation of the rules) and partly because the "Leaders" lack moral standards. And most forums dont have as many dedicated hardworking devs/mods/senior as we have. Also, the general audience is young but not as smart or educated as you ren :) A lot dont know how to behave or lack social skills to keep a discussion going.

SRL Admins are awesome :D
I think as soon as the whole moparscape thing exploded. Mopars forums went down hill. THen picked up again when a new forum was made. But really has started going downhill.
I think the reason SRL doesnt have as much of a problem isnt because of good admins, mods etc. Its because of the way the forums are structured. It keeps the problems isolated in the public forums. Generally in members forums there is piss all flaming. ANd in SSRL ofcourse there is absolutely 0
