Does anyone know how I could make a page write a cookie after a person submits something?
I want to have a set time between each submits, so no one can submit more than once.

I want to make a cookie to disable a submit button if the user has already submitted.

why the ppl dont search in google first? … im new but i know that first search then if dont find ask for help….
