dose scar work on apple, what im trying to do is run a scrpit on a mac and i wanted to know if it will work.

well im trying to run a scrpit on my macs at school…and before you saying im a fing retard i have teacher consent and i know what im doing. but i dont thing i can down load a vm on it…we have about 50/50 macs and windows so ill try to see if i can use a windows.

I'd never think of going to my 9th grade teachers saying "hi I play a lil game called runescape, and i'd like to know if I can run a cheating program on your computer" :p lol no offence. Anyways I'd like to know officaly, yes or no, does SCAR run on vista. There has been lots of talk about that and I'm not to sure the answer. I know there are threads but if someone already knows just post please.

ok first of all im not using scar for runescape. im using for a voting program and second of all this is MY thread about scar on apple not vista!!! so make your own thread!!!!:google: :google:

No, SCAR only officially supports XP, as Freddy only has XP, and doesn't want to invest the money, or time to consider it 'officially' supported on Vista.

Well it works fine on Vista for me, but I'm trying to downgrade on account of it not being compatible with other things. Really the only difference I see when using Scar on my host (vista) and my vm (TinyXP) is that I have to click 'Run As Administrator' on the host, otherwise it's the same for me (I didn't have to change anything to make it work either). Then again maybe everybody has Basic, Business, or Ultimate, and I have Premium, so go Premium! Atleast it's not as bad as the rest :p (Yes, I noticed that you said 'officially', I'm not trying to prove you wrong, just trying to say that it should work on Vista)
