Yay, my first script is ready to be released :D

I think it's longer than it should be, so if you see something that's unnecessary please tell ;)

Please post proggies and any bugs that you find!

SRL Stats (To use this script you MUST have it)
Pretty fast dropping
Works on any ore except clay and for addy and rune you need to put your own color (but who powermines addy or rune? :duh:)

//This is my first script, a powerminer.Put your pickaxe in the first slot. If you are taking

K, I can't try it right now (going to sleep:( ) but when you say SRL stats Like do you mean stats on the board? or something else because I just went straight to SCAR from Sythe.org and Got Srl from that…

Ty. Yup, I know that feeling, my 92 got banned and my 97 locked (and I can't manage to get it unlocked :() Which is exactly why I started scripting XD

Making the first script I suppose is the hardest, since you don't really know how to fix a common error and have to go searching for it or look through other scripts, then you don't know many functions yet so you have to ask others about it….Hopefully for my next script (like 70% done), which is a barb vill miner, I won't have too many problems (and I haven't, you can see that I haven't posted about the script yet :D, but the walking is starting to confuse me :p).

So, if anybody is discouraged by how hard the first script is, finish it, and maybe 1 or 2 more, and then it'll be smooth sailing (atleast I hope :p) from there.

The link is in my script, after you go to the link, click register somewher eon the right and just follow the instruc. from there.

ok worked for 1 ore then said couldn't find pick after it said you have a steel pick about 50 times

I think it'll work now (I tested, it works for me).

NickNameBMP := CreateBitmapMaskFromText(Players[CurrentPlayer].Nick, UpChars);

is obsolete. FindTalk now uses FindTPAinTPA. It is much faster than Bitmap Masks, which can be a tiny bit unreliable when needing to be fast. I will look a little bit more at the code…


Edit: Ah, you need to learn standards.

Standards - -.- Made waaay to many mistakes, I'll be sure to use them in future scripts

'nice script' doesn't tell me anything. What's nice about it? Did it work well? Did you find any bugs? Post a proggy to prove it's 'nice'.

Wonder if this was that script i used today… i used a number of scripts for mining and no1 went good for me… 1 was better when the others but still not to good.. the 1 i used (that was better) didnt drop the 8 last and didnt do anything be4 he had dropped all… he always missed em, or is this 1 of those that didnt start :P some text was wrong it always said

Well this is a good script i hope i learn how to do from this and im not ognna copy it, i want to make my own and need something to start with =)

Yeah, mine was was messing up after mining one, I fixed that now, redownload. Mine might not drop all of them, but does that really matter? It's still mining/dropping at the same speed.

I just tested it and it is still running (been running for like 10 seconds), i will sure post a proggy after i am satisfied enough.

P.S. If the script is not working correctly for you (misclicking etc) then set your Runescape Brightness to level 4. Set computer colours to32 BIT or TRUE COLOUR.

I am very excited to check out your script but I guess I'll just have to wait for SRL Rev 10 to come out..
If you need someone for testing etc. I'll be your man. I was just really pleased to see someone with the balls to create a good powerminer and I think with the help of some good scripters and a good team of testers we'll be able to make this script a World Leader (well , we can start bij owning SRL ).

With the recent SRL update I don't believe it'll work, I'll update it soon but right now it's not working.

Don't triple post.

Make sure your screen is on 32-bit True color, and make sure you have SRL 4 Rev #10.

I thought this wouldn't be working after the update but I guess it is for some people. I'm going to update it when I have some extra time though.

OK i'm sure i'm doing something wrong so can someone help me. I've filled in all the areas i was directed to fill in. I ran the script and it logged in for me and then didn't do anything else. It wasn't actually mining the rocks it just left me standing there. Can someone please help me

Most scripts work with Scar 3.12, some with 3.13, almost none with 3.14. Also make sure you have SRL 4 rev 11.

Very well done, it was one of the first scripts I ran and makes me want more of SCAR :D

i tried running your script, at first it didnt compile correctly and gave me a few "unknown identifier" errors, but after i omitted those lines from the script it seemed to compile nicely, i ran it for about ten minutes and it seemed ok, but it did log me out and said "Couldnt find the pick" even tho the pick was still in the first inv. slot and in perfect working condition…. the second time i ran the script things were a lil smoother (progress report below) after two inventories got logged out b/c of to many unsucessful drops? it also failed to detect gas

'Tried dropping the ore 30 times but failed, report this bug to Runescapian, terminating script…'

yes I got the same error its not you its the scripts,people need to update them a little more often.
