If he knows that it's an SRL members thing, and is not supposed to be leaked, and he benefits the community, then I think you should tell him that we're thinking of what to do, then you should let an admin decide.

Else, I have no clue what to say.

This isn't the first time something was leaked. I believe that the only course of action is to tell Spaz the truth and ask him to respect the rules against leaking it further. If he uses it himself, so be it.

This prick spreading it everywhere needs to die.

Considering that he himself couldn't figure out how to make it work, I don't think it will be a major problem, lol.

It's been leaked several times before, but most people still need access to the tutorials to get it running correctly.

Because then we'd have trouble getting it to run, and if it was some 'Random Password of the day' the morons would have to allow it to connect to the internet, AND update itself.

No, smart doesn't use hooks or do stuff that Java bots do - etc updater couldn't break since we don't have one.
