This technique uses either a site called http://www.pastebin.com (I prefer this, I like its layout better), or http://rafb.net/paste/.
Alternativly, you could use http://www.srl.pastebin.com if you want to make sure only people who know that address can see it. (Useful if you want to only see SCAR thingies)
Either way, you simply navigate to the site you wish to use. You will see a box like so:

Ignoring the adds, you will see a box that says "Syntax highlighting:". Scroll through the drop-down menu and select "Delphi" (You can go to http://[language].pastebin.com to auto-select the highlighting scheme).

Now, you should enter your name and how long you wish to keep the snippet for. If you are using it for an IM or IRC conversation, then please pick the "one day" option. If you are using it for Email, pick "one month", or as a personal reference "forever". Oh, and pressing the "Remember me" box will allow you to delete the post later.

Then we shall enter some code. I recommend pasting from SCAR as it will be easier.
You may have noticed the "To highlight particular lines, prefix each line with @@". This will make the background of the line yellow, so I recommend doing this whenever you are helping someone (showing which lines you changed).
I'll show you how it works. (I selected "forever" so this tutorial can be viewed later)

Check that! Shweet huh? Notice how the lines I prefixed with "@@" are yellow.
Now, you will see above the code a "Posted by R0b0t1 on W/E" line. Below it, there are things such as "Download this", "Delete post" (Which you can't do, you didn't make it), and "Copy to Clipboard", which you must do if you wish to copy it into SCAR, etc. Else you will copy the line numbers too.
You can also submit an amendment which is just like submitting a new post. You can also view the differences like so:
Something you should know is that fixes work like new posts. You still need to select a time to keep it, so if the original is set to "forever" and a fix is made but set to "one day", the fix will only last one day. Thats no good!
FAQ:
Q1. OMFG! Did you create an SRL site without permission?
A1. Nope, anyone would have been able to do this. Read: http://pastebin.com/pastebin.php?help=1
Q2. Is there a site help?
A2. Read the above link.
Q3. How do I delete something?
A3. When you submit it, you need to click the "Remember me" check box. You will then be able to delete it later. If you didn't, tough it up.
Q4. Which site do you prefer?
A4. Pastebin. I think RAFB is too simplistic.
Q5. Cool! Can I make a pastebin for my username/personal project?
A5. Sure you can. Something like this: prefix.pastebin.com
Q6. There's a question I have that is not on here, what do I do?
A6. Yeah. IRC > PM > EMAIL.

You can also submit an amendment which is just like submitting a new post. You can also view the differences like so:
- Person A submits some code.
- Person A distributes the link.
- Person B submits a fix, and ditributes that link.
- On person B's link, there will be a link to click so you can view the code originally made by Person A.
Something you should know is that fixes work like new posts. You still need to select a time to keep it, so if the original is set to "forever" and a fix is made but set to "one day", the fix will only last one day. Thats no good!
