im wondering because all the lv 3s have disspeared?

The level 3s disappeared because RWT (for GP) was killed.

And they didn't use scar.
Scar is and has always been safe if you use proper scripts.

i think scar is more safer now :rolleyes:

100% safe :D haha ok not quite, your still cheating. Of course, if you use the lvl 3's with default clothing you will definitely be banned…

when scar is referred to as safe it just means a small chance of getting caught because your still cheating and its still against the rules so its never going to not be dangerous

Ibot, RSdemon and other bots. ;)
there a lot of rs bots.

a scar bot is mostenly one of the players which you didn't expect to be a bot :p

The lvl-3's most likely used some private asian bot.
