My question, is there a way Jagex could track the pattern of which players and the order of said players when they login?

Using the player array, these players login and out in the same order all of the time. Should there be some sort of randomness added to this array to help distort this pattern?

RandomNextPlayer() is your friend. Check Login.scar (I believe) for more information.
