Ok, i found out something very awesome. theres a program called Microsoft Virtual PC 2007.
It can be used to Run multiple "virtual" PCs at once, therefore allowing scar to run in each one.
you can create an internet connection, download scar, scripts, then begin running an account all within 10 minutes on them.
there is no limit to Virtual pcs you can run.
Virtual pc has an option that lets you choose how much RAM you can allocate, or 'give' to the virtual pc. You can also create virtual hard drive files for them too (.vhd).
All you need is an operating system disc and enough ram.
RAM reccomendations:
Windows 95 - 32MB
Windows 98 - 64MB
Windows ME- 128MB
Windows XP- 256MB
(now if you have a windows ME disc and 4 gigs of ram, you can run a LOT at once.)
it can be downloaded here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=04D26402-3199-48A3-AFA2-2DC0B40A73B6&displaylang=en
just scroll down a bit and you will see links for 32-BIT and 64-BIT operating systems.
There is another virtual pc product called VMware server, but i dont want to get into that
