SRL Archive - RS3 Outdated / Broken Scripts

Features:

1. Anti-Randoms.

I haven't tested the magic or ranged aspects of this script much, so if anything needs changing let me know.

Try it out for yourself. Thats the only way you can know whose is better.

Here are some things mine does that MasterKill's doesn't:
*Spends points.
*Compatibe for all boats.
*Fights all over, not just the center. (Attacks Portals)
*For rangers, picks up arrows when found.
*For mages, checks if you are out of runes.
*Picks the highest prayers for your combat type based on prayer level.

I have gotten over 6mil xp from this script.

Im busy on fishing right now. When i make a staker ill use this :).
I haven't read the code, but when you say it spends them, is it at random? or do you decide what it spends the points on?

You choose what it spends them on.. Choices are:
Attack
Defence
Strength
Magic
Prayer
Ranged
Hitpoints

If you want to save up for armor there is an option to not spend points, which will make it stop at 250 points.

Finally you make this junior member too. I'v been seeing in the little box that says "newest scripts" and like "most read scripts" this forever except no permission to script. Thank you for moving it. I will be checkin the script out now.

EDIT: Wow really nice script. I like the magic thing. Checks for your lvls and picks best spell, also your antiban is prety indepth with 27 cases. I like how it looks for every possible type of range wepon, why did you leave out javlin and throwing axe? Otherwise I'll be trying out tonight.

It checks for them. It picks them up and re-equips too. I just left out original colors for each since they're the same as other ranged weapons.

Aw man this looks like the best pest control script ever! It has so many good options, omg only if i was member once again :(. If i get members i will so run this man. Good job, and thank you for all the work that you had put into this script!

Decided to give this script a test. Currently running in level 100 boat, is working perfectly. Acting extremely human like. The only thing I can think that may need improving, is getting stuck behind closed gates. Maybe have some kind of gate check. Apart from that, fantastic. Great job.

Edit: This should be a pay-script in my opinion, It's that good.

Yeah thats the reason why its not a pay script. I'm working on better boat finding and checking that its on the right one for 1.4. Also, 1.4 ignores the squire by the boat on the minimap ingame. Gate checking would be hard but I'd do it for a pay-script if I could ever get a good auth system.

here is a short proggie, sorry i had ones with 250 points on two accounts but i dont know what happend to that, works very good the only problem is when it keeps clicking on the void knight, but that is not a really big problem and since you hace fixed it to next verision the script will be almost flawless :)

ops almost forgot, when i try to range it always keep loging me out and say i dont have any arrows at the start so i had to remove the procedure who checked how many arrows you had so i could run it. I dont really know what is the problemwith the procedure but it seems like it cant find the arrows.

Also, why use dtms? The current plank finding works 100% perfect.

with a fix for a small runtime error that occasionally occured.

Just a small fix that lets it run for longer because there is one less potential reason of screwing up.

I tried out 1.36, it played for about an hour then moved to the bank and started moving the mouse from 1 corner of the screen to the next for about 3 hours. I don't think it was really any errors with the script, it just got lost.

Install your includes, if that doesn't work follow below.
Completely uninstall Scar and SRL. Then reinstall everything.
If you have all that done I guarantee it will work.

hey mick, please try to add a shut down computer procedure like evilchicken said..i have tried it on my comp (swedish) and it worked :D as you can see on my pic that would be great.

I started it again this morning at around 9. So far it's cashed in the points fine and made it back to the boat (40+) without a problem. As soon as it stops I'll post another progress report. And I can't really complain about it switching boats on accident because it's like a cool anti-ban. Anyways, if I am lucky I'll be posting another report tomorrow morning :D If not sometime later today. Nice work once again!

@kor, its good to know the antirandoms in it kept you from getting killed, but I'm not sure how your guy would end up over there.. and the shutdown procedure… I actually had one in here but took it out because it never actually shutdown my computer lol. Its probably the same one in EvilChickens script.

@Infidel, I like those 13 hours progress reports, but 24 hours better not be on one character. And thanks for the "Cool Antiban" comment about my glitch lol.

@Kor, I found a shutdown procedure that should work and I'll put in my next version.

@Sporky… Guess you got teleported? I should probably workout some way of checking if you're actually on the island or not and then NextPlayer(False) if you aren't.

Also, seems to always put my level 100+ in the 70 boat. And detects it's in the 70 boat. Surely, if it knows it's in the 70 boat, it should get out, run to the 100 boat, and get in (if a game hasn't already started that is) ? Just an idea.

@Gamer 5, I don't think there are any differences between 7 and 8 but you can try. In SCAR go to file, update SRL SVN to REV then do 7. I'll try 1.36 out with Revision 8 and see if its compatible.

Anyone else having a lot of status errors? I know the problem and seem to have found a fix but if I'm the only one having it, its not really needed.

Also, the fix for the squire clicking… didn't work. I'm working on a ddtm to solve the problem using FindColorSkipBoxTolerance, that'll be in next major version. Also working on a way to get in the right boat after detecting you are in the wrong one.

Any one else have anything I should work on for next update? If its a good idea and possible, I'll give it a shot.

I keep getting this, a random messes it up and teleports me somewhere. Then for over 4 hours it moves the mouse in a square shape over the runescape window. Why won't it log me out? After a while I could easily get banned.

Screenshot if it happens again please? I'm assuming it kept trying to find the boat, but I have a failsafe that after so many tries it stops and logs out. Unless there were a billion colors similar to that of the boat, but that wouldn't take 4 hours to get through all the color checks and quit the script. I'll work on a check to make sure you're still on the island and definently add some time-marks to important procedures.

Yeah, It looked like it was trying to find the boat. I knew you would have failsafes if the boat wasn't found, but I don't understand why its not working. One time it got lost beside the bank and the other time it was teleported to the top of white wolf mountain. Both did it for over 3 hours.

I added TimeMarks to next version so it should break after 20 minutes of any loop except the in game one (fighting).

As soon as I sit down and write a procedure that gets you back into the right boat if you went into the wrong one. Also, I'm going to see if theres a way to reliably detect if you're on the pc island. When those are done and tested, I will release to the masses. 1.37 should work fine until then.

Mick-What stopped it was my self, I turned the pc off because my server that I run on it as well needed to be updated. I know for a fact it would have kept going too.

I started running the latest version with #9 this morning and it seeems to be going fine, I'll post a progress report as soon as it is done.

1.37 is compatible with the newest revision but you must use SCAR 3.12c. Follow the link on first page to download 3.12c. If that doesn't work, completely uninstall/delete everything except the scripts you have, and reinstall 3.12c and the latest revision (#9). Make sure you have moved the plugins into the plugins folder as well. If that doesn't work… I'm sorry but you can still use MasterKill's PestController.

@Fom, did you ever get scripts working? Make sure you have revision 9 since revision 8 didn't allow anything to work.

Ooo, I just remembered why I didn't want to do a shutdown procedure. You can't post a progress report after a shutdown. I'll have to make it save the debug box to a file so people can post it up.

Not to be mean but this PC script is much better than the MasterKill's PestController. This one actually runs around the PC arena and kills portals whereas MasterKill's only fights in the middle. The other good thing about this one is that it spends your points for you whereas in MasterKill's you have to put the points in yourself. Don't get me wrong, MasterKill's PC script is very nice and works well but this one works better. Keep up the good work mick.

Means the version check couldn't connect to the internet. Did you deny it access to the site? Its just reading a text-file, no password stealing from anything I will ever make. If that happens just try again… If it happens more than three times and you have internet, let me know.

No but i have noticed them, lol, its something to do with the way the script checks for a dragon battleaxe and then does the spiecal while running to the center, lol, as much as i love the extra strength I have had to leave it in bank, Its very funny when you see 3 people all running do the same thing, and also sometimes we are the last last people to leave the boat,and the random boat switching.

I could even make it do a random choice between equipping b axe on the boat and equipping it at the start of the game.

@fom, SCAR itself is only ~1.4MB. You could still have both 3.13 and 3.12c on your computer for each script you want to use. But 3.12c is compatible with everything made for 3.13 I believe.

I just fixed everything :):):) After searching around for a bit all I had to do was right click the Scar icon and click Run as Administer. People told me that but implied that I had to run a administer user.

Is it just me or has anyone else been noticing how many more randoms are appearing on the docks during pc?

I've seen my bot solve at least 4 now in the past day or so. Didn't ever notice this until about two days ago.

@Sleziak, its good to see your reading the requirements but unfortunately the only thing left for you to try is to completely uninstall/delete SCAR and SRL from your computer and then reinstall. That may not even work, both you and Jesus45 have this problem but I don't know why.

@Harry, thanks. Our scripts work well together. People can use your fight caves to get up to 60-70 or so combat and then trade off between caves and pestcontrol for the rest..

It is with only one player and I've gotten from 75 str (when I started botting) to 94 str (where I am now) with MasterKill's PC script and your script. And the next progress report I post up is going to be longer because as of now it is at 27 hours 14 minutes and 37 seconds and it's still going. Judging by how it's been going since I started I probably wont get banned, knock on wood. By the way, my friend got from 80 str to 99 str withy MasterKill's script and hasn't gotten banned. So, I'll try my luck.

Ya, thats some risky behavior, but I've seen some autoers running pc scripts for a looong time as well. A few I've seen using Masterkills for two days it seems like. Perhaps that's why my observation of numerous randoms appearing on the docks pretty often may make more sense.

Anyways, I might try that idea of switching between fight caves and pc. Typically I just run a pc script during the day then shut it off at night time.

… To test it, next time you need to shutdown your computer just set the max runlength to 0 with shutdown = true and press play. If it shuts your computer down, it works.

FINALLY ! I found out why your script always stoped so early. It was because after about 30mins (when script sleeps) my comp gets password protected again (even tho we have no pass you still have to click enter). So I turned that option off and got this.

I went to sleep last night when the bot was at around 34 hours and my mom came in my room while I was asleep and turned my computer off and it stopped the bot and I lost my proggy. was so mad but my mom had no idea so I guess it was ok. It's running right now and hopefully won't stop anytime soon. Btw, 95 str. :D

If you used 2+ players and could guarantee that you wouldn't lose internet or have a power outage… It would probably run for 100 hours. Depends on what kind of randoms you get and how laggy your computer is. Also, runescape would have to be update-free for 4 and a half days.

Besides, I alched 45k yew longs with scar and it didn't stop once from beginning to end, no randoms no nothing. And I'm pretty sure I could guarantee undisturbed internet and no power outages lol.

Yea I just got done with Desert Treasure today (ANCIENTS FTW) but I'm only 62 mage. Like I did last time I train with combat/str, but spend points on mage so the majority goes to magic + I don't gotta waste money on runes. I'll be doing this till around 70 mage (ice burst + mage barrows). Then do pure str till 99 (atm 92 210k from 93).

Or I might just edit Hy's fight caves thing / my CaveMasta and go with that, but I highly doubt it. For now I'm using yours.

@rs cheata Make sure you are using a newer version of Scar. I prefer 3.12c because it is pretty much compatible with everything. Also make sure you have updated your srl and your inlcudes.

Today when I was bored at work I logged on one of my other characters to see if my guy was still running this script. I wandered around the docks expecting him to be at the 100+ boat but it turns out he was at the 70+ boat. This happens kind of often. But by kind of often I mean…out of 250 games he is on another boat for about 10-15 games.
Usually the reason for this is I've noticed after my character exits the game in the 100+ boats sometimes it will accidentally click on the minimap not sensing it is out of the game yet. Thus the character runs around (typically to the general store area) then walks back and boards either the first boat or second boat.

I watched this happen twice now but can tell it happens since my points will not be an even division of 4. Although normally after going through one to two games in another boat my character will run back to the original boat he is supposed to be on.

Just figure I should point out a little error I noticed.

darn, i payed for membership today and i was gonna run over night but i something is wrong..this is what happened. first i had shut down = True, i watched it for one game to see that nothing went wrong. but when it had done the first game it said that the time limit was reached so it was going to shutdown my computer. i had my time limit on 20000 hours and max games 20000 too. i tried without the shut down too but same thing happened. (exept the shut down thing).

PLEASE help me =P

Comment out the CheckVersion in the SetUpScript procedure.

Risky stuff if it is with one. I often do 10 or 11 with one then use another character or just keep it off for a bit.

If you macro like every second night for a bit or something like that I doubt you will get banned. But, playing for 37 hours straight Fagex will get suspicious…

gaetano, please delete your other 5 posts on this question. It is both annoying and redundant. I read every post on this thread eventually, and sometimes you must be patient.

If you would read too, you would see that out of the 250 downloads, this problem has occured 3 times and been unfixable. Unfortunately, you may be one of the unfixable ones.

You can try uninstalling/deleting SCAR from your computer. Then reinstall scar and SRL up to revision 9. If this does not work, you are out of luck.

Try moving your plugins to the plugins folder and make sure you have the correct revision of SRL. Those are a last ditch effort though, you may be out of luck.

You can edit them out really easy. I didn't even try to hide the code.
I just put the version check in there for peoples convenience. Except that terminate script part isn't very convenient… hmm..

Are you still having problems?

no its working but some comments on the performance of the script:

1. Great gangplank finding. Much better than masterkills and works faster.
2. Attacks many random monsters which is a good thing.
3. "roams" the areas instead of staying in one spot.

now for the cons…

1. I often find myself on the sides of the boats or in between the altar and the boats. This WILL alert legit players a bit if they suspect something. Its also often of this that i dont get enough Zeal to get my points.

2. Mis-Clicks monsters A LOT. On a ratio of 1:5 per clicks. Perhaps you should make it more accurate in some way?

3. Camera controls sometimes puts the screen towards the boat where there are no monsters and still searches for them to kill. This often results if my player dies and respawns.

i hope these comments will point you in the right direction of perfecting this amazing script.

Took a break from running this today but I will post a progress report when it ends after I start it tonight. Looking at getting from 85 to 99 defense in less than two weeks with this script, only have 1 and half levels to go : )

My input is this script is excellent Mick, but as I've said before a the few errors I've had come from the player getting lost by the shops.

1.) Set MickeyDebug to true,
2.) Post the last 20 lines from the debug box (edit out char names, etc.)
3.) A screenshot would maybe help. Not needed if you describe where the player is at.
4.) If you see it happen describe what the character was doing or what the mouse was doing.

I can try and explain right now since the script is still running (working fine too) so I don't want to stop it and post the last time it happened. But…

My character gets out of the boat, then presumably still thinking it is in the game clicks on the minimap in the north east corner in between the top two shops and then proceeds to sit there until I help it run back or it stops. This is the only way I ever see it happen. And I am sorry but thats the best way I can describe it at the moment.


-on an off topic note dealing with runescape though; I hope this damn server login stuff gets fixed because the boats are pretty empty :mad:

… Copy the debug box and post here please. You have SRL stats ID and Pass in it? Are you using 3.12c and the proper SRL revision?

@Infidel, …I know how to stop it from thinking its ingame and clicking but It should be able to find the boats from the shops anyway just by using symbols after detecting its out of game, thats why I wanted to see the debug box text or a screenshot. If its out on that peninsula and no shops or minigame symbols are visible then thats the problem.

It just adds more descriptions in the debug box that will help me out with fixing the script. Its not needed unless I ask you to set it to true. Doesn't hurt or help anything to have it set either way.

Was in frog cave thing when I came back from school. I don't know if it was stuck or not ( I paused it imediatly assuming it was stuck), the mouse was making sqaures around the rs screen. The chat was on "okay but next time dont do it again" SO, it might have been solving it because all I had to do was click "click to continue" one more time and I was out. Otherwise tonight was overall slower than other nights, didnt get as many points. But still great :D.

I finally got the script to work, I'm also just wondering here, about the "Shut Down PC" thing, it says "Will shutdown your pc after you run out of players to use." does that mean once the amount of "GamesToDo" is over it will shut down the Computer?

No, the games to do is only how many games between each player switch. When all of your players are false due to randoms or not finding the boat.

Infidel, you get 99 def yet? I'm almost 98 strength on my main from this but I'm not running it 24 hours like you are.

I am not always running 24 hours, most of the time I am doing 11 hours or a bit less. And yes, I will believe I ended up with 99 an hour after I went to work this morning. I have no way of checking since I am at work right now.

And Mick, when I was running MK's script last month I was telling him that in a few games people were mentioning that some people were macro'ing in pc. I stopped running that script simply because it was kind of obvious since you would have four high levels on the beginners boat not talking and then doing emotes together only attacking shifters. Perhaps as I have stated before this is the reason why so many more randoms are appearing next to the boats now.

This script though is a lot less noticable. The portal attacking and all the moving is wonderful. I doubt people are catching on to this and I doubt they will for along time. As a matter of fact I have a hard time finding another person running this script while I watch it in game.

Ended up getting my 99 defense yesterday with this Mick. 85 to 99 with this script. Nice work.

I'll be running it next week after Summoning comes out and I get it to 25 manually, so I can spend all my Pc points on summoning lol.

hmm. it does work sometimes though. it also works sometimes for masterkils. it does the found compass to a lot of scripts for me. :(

hmm i got it working by looking at a tut on how to fix the found compass problem. but how do i stop it from using spec attacks, cuz i usin dorg c bow and i havent done quest. :) :) nicee script

Hey mick, I've been out for a while and haven't been able to post my proggys. Not to worry, they weren't all that good anyway. None over 17 hours, only because of manual stopage. I'm oh so close to 99 str, only about 130k away.

Edit: 99str now. Working on 99 atk.

It probably lagged out during the game so it couldn't find the boat, and when you logged back in… because you were in the game you were now in the boat.

You could try 1.36 though.

Yeah thats the reason why its not a pay script. I'm working on better boat finding and checking that its on the right one for 1.4. Also, 1.4 ignores the squire by the boat on the minimap ingame. Gate checking would be hard but I'd do it for a pay-script if I could ever get a good auth system.

i would definately buy this script if those 2 parts were fixed. other than that its good script, i run it every night while sleeping and sometimes i'll catch it in 70+ games when i use the bathroom, i just pause it and go back to 40+.

Similar to my experience when running Masterkills. Someone mentioned autoers in PC. I don't know though. This script seems really safe, and it is hard to tell us apart since we are running around and attacking everything. When someone mentioned autoers in pc to me last time it was because they kept seeing high levels stand in the center, emote and only attack shifters.

I think we will be ok.

After this session of autoing I got from 83-84hp, 93-94str, 73-74mage (then I had to manualy spend the 102 points, and got to 75mage). So I'm really happy. I had to spend the points cause I don't wanta get banned and change things regularly in the script such as spending points at 110 :p.

i like the script mick nice work, but i did notice that when fighting, it usually stays in the center and if cant find any monsters it heads to the boat and slowly moves towards the center again.by slowly i mean like it attempts to find the monster then move up +1 sq on MM

Hmm…haven no idea then. Like I said, I've used this for *at least* 5 time now at 24 hours straight and then for about 2 weeks at 11+ hours a day and haven't been blackmarked or anything. Might have to watch out then if you think you were honestly banned from running this.

… Until SRL updates this script is not going to work. MakeCompass is broken and several portions of this script rely on moving the compass. When SRL updates I should only have to make a few small fixes though, so expect a quick update after that.

And gaetano, don't say that you are banned because of my "ugly script". If you would have been decent enough to see a problem and report it to me, I could have easily fixed anything that will get you banned. Also, everyone uses this script at their own risk. Do not blame me for anything that occurs. You are the only person that claims to have been banned due to this script, and with the 4000 games autoed a day, I would certainly expect more than 1 person if this script really was 'ugly'.
How about you try writing a better script? Come back when you've done that.

ahh illkillutill i think its because of the new update. What with the new compass style and all I think it screws up the bot and has to wait for a failsafe to come through and safe the whole process.

Yea, especially since this was his first script. Also if you were smart enough to learn how to script, you could try and make variations in the script to make sure you won't get banned. Lastly it is GIVIN that by using any script there is a chance of being banned. It is NOT the scripters fault. It is you fault for using it. Like everyone says "if you don't like it, make your own script!"

You can use it, just in moderation. Don't use it like I did, 24+ hours at a time. I wouldn't recommend using it until the new Rev for scar is released, as stated by mick.

Yes people, take into account that WYTE currently holds the record for the longest script run (ever?) on one character. We were all expecting him to get banned. He still only got a 10 day ban for weeks of autoing.

As for the status of the script, SCAR 3.12c currently is not compatible with the new revisions, and my script is written for 3.12c. Does anyone see a predicament here? I'll have to rewrite the script for 3.13. (Which I don't want to do since 3.13 can't solve certers and some randoms).

I'll do my best to get everyone a working version by tomorrow.

Haven't tested it at all and I'm going to school now so please read posts after this one by kind people that may have fixes for problems.

Changes include:
*Counts how many coins you have.
*Creates a DDTM of the last yellow dot you clicked on so it won't keep clicking on same one.
(Fixes squire bug)
*Can save the debug box to a file anytime the script stops.
(Perfect for if you shut down the computer)

I am running a test right now on one of my mith pures. Set it for 11 hours and can't remember how many games. But I have the debug on and after work when I can check on it I will post the issues or hopefully a successfully progress report :D

Well since I am not at home and can't see the progress report of the script, but since I was able to log into my character at work that was running and noticed he had only earned about 3 games worth of cash, I suppose something is going on. :(

Okay It was A mistake I had Done when Srl 4 came out origanally.
I didn't Install Subversion, when I Clicked Download Srl, I was getting SRL Rev 4.0 not 4.10

It almost went for a hour, but still something is wrong I have noticed that sometimes it clicks the minimap just when the game is over and it get lost in the island.

Here is the fixed version of Mick's Pestcontrol, I edited it so it will run a long time, say good bye to making it only run for 1-4 games, now it will run as long as you want it to run, you will not get the line errors. Use scar 3.12c.

Well like most people says, the checkcoin procedure does not work. I have scar 3.12c and I really don't want to switch to 3.13 so I just edited the procedure out from the whole script. Also why does the stats not work? Look my cb, prayer, all that is 0 and the script doesn't know how to activate my prayers or my special, it just goes directly to the fighting. Here:

This is the 1,37 version. Fixed for scar 3.13 and rev#10.I changed to highest angles ins to SetAngles (true/false)
I also removed the version checking.

1.37, because on this the prayer worked, and i have the feeling that the monster finder better is in this script:D

Working wonderfully for me Mick. Have it set for 11 hours at a time since of the bannings that happened with people running it on one player for extended periods of time. One thing I noticed (perhaps you meant for this to happen) but if my character already has any points at all, they will not be spent until the character has gathered a total of 100 points from playing. So my mistake was I had 80 points to be spent, started this script and it had to wait until it gathered 100 points before it spent these 80. Oh well, nothing really just something I noticed. Take it or leave it :D

Try taking out the check points and spend points procedure, use scar 3.12c. It should work. I am not posting the script with the things taken out because I don't want to go against Mick and let leechers have it

I thought you couldn't get randoms on the island, since there is proggies for like 42 hours.

Since the update, Jagex has added randoms to the island. They only happen on the docks or the island itself but not in the game. Still banned for 4 more days so I can't test the updated script.

Randoms have been happening longer than that. I remember and started voicing up about how I have been seeing them happen for the past month or so.

Now we just have to auto for less or better yet, auto like any other script and have it switch characters often.

works well now, but i can't get it to run that long. it always ends up stopping after 30min to 2 1/2 hours and ends up most of the time still being in a game. very nice all the same =)

i run it through and it runs all fine. a bit laggy but it doesnt run for more than a few hours before it gets stuck at other ship and doesnt log out. nice script though

I would help you, but I don't understand your question.

If you mean by relogging for antirandoms, this script doesn't support relogging so just set the maximum games to like 500.

EDIT: Wait, maybe it does support relogging…

Yeah, just set the max games to like 9999 and max time too 10 hours or so.

I was kidding. That 9 hour proggy was with 1.42.

Really liked this script though. I didn't expect it to run all night so I just left it on. When I saw it killing a portal I think I almost cried with joy. No one would report a high level who's killing portals for autoing even if they knew it.

Well I just got banned today after using this script for a while. Ive been using this in moderation of 4 hrs a day… I thought this was reasonable. But i only got .5 black marks and im trying to appeal it, also has a 10 day ban tacked on. Im just wondering why even though there is no difference between other times ive used this and now and they just ban me.

Maybe jagex has spies in SRL forums and they're checking out the sweet scripts?

The script shouldn't do anything to get banned so just don't auto a ridiculous amount of time with one character and don't use it with a really low combat character and you should be fine.
If you do see a bug while testing let me know and I'll try my best to fix.

Well, the exact same thing happened to me. Got the 10 day ban. I autoed for 15 hours straight with this, but before that only for like 5 hour times.

I hope it gets appealed.

Nobody, refrain from using this script, everyone gets banned eventually using any script.

Manually stopped though it was running fine.

One thing I did notice is on occasion this script will run my character to where it normally goes to exchange, but instead it just stands there and moves the mouse around the screen in a box over and over and over again until I run it back to the boat. This has happened twice now as far as I am aware.

Anyways, still lovin' this script Mick.

And still no black marks or anything yet which I was ever so thankful for.

I must say it is alarming how many players are getting banned or temporary restrictions from this :(

Hey this has been a great script during the time i used it (8 hours a night). I finally got hit with the 10 day temporary ban which sucks but i know it wasnt micks fault. I knew it was going to happen eventually. This script leveled me from 60-70 attack, 60-70 defense, 60-69 hitpoints, and 60-81 strength! Great job mick on the script. Ill probably still use it even after the temporary ban is off lol

err i downloaded 1.42 from the page, set it up , it says thats its 1.41 and the current is 1.42, sends me to your thread -.-

Mick, you should put in a break. For over night runs have like a 2 hour break or so for every 2 hours autoing. It would save a lot of account banning..

Ya, I a tried to appeal my .5 10 day ban but no luck. I had a great excuse too.

Like someone said it would be awesome if it had a break in it, such as two hours of play, two hours off.

And it does seems weird how you can do this for four hours and then end up getting a temporary ban.

This sucks (not the script, the ban does), at least I earned 99 defense off this :D

@pinky - Never said it was anyones fault at all and I knew it was going to happen at some time sooner or later. I didn't see where I said that either.

Just wanted to make sure people know that some are getting caught running this for either too long or too often like I was. It's not that is it detectable since it's a damn nice script, it is from the time on each player. Although I did hop players occasionally and took breaks between the times I ran the script for quite a few hours :(

Reading the last few pages makes me feel kinda lucky. So far 90-98 strength - 10 hours a day. I think i'll take it easy for 99.

i dont know if its just my system but the script just stops every few games i get some random text in the debug box and then the script just pauses well anyways heres some random crap

Mick, you should put in a break. For over night runs have like a 2 hour break or so for every 2 hours autoing. It would save a lot of account banning..

Um yeah set your games to 20 and run it. After 20 games with a 1/3 chance it will randomly sleep for 1-3 hours. Everyone setting the games to 999999 is messing this up.


These new updates to runescape really killed my interest in scripting, chucked a wrench into my plans, and I also reached 99 strength on my main so there was no reason to test this script anymore so it's just kind of lacking. If anyone steps forward to update the script that is fine with me, and I will leave the 1.42 posted, as it still works.

Thanks to everyone that has so graciously tested and used this script for hours upon hours. ( You know who you are.) My work is nothing without a need for it.

Maybe some of you that constantly run this script can use it to learn and grow as scripters yourself. I would love to come back sometime and see this still going but only time will tell.

Haven't had chance to get on in a while, but hopefully things work out for ya Mick with another script or whatever it is you will be up too.

When my character becomes unbanned in three days or so I might try and rework some of this script and modify it so I can keep using but without facing perm bannage this time around. Thanks for the inspiration to keep on playing Rs!

i keep gettin errors =/
it was fine before though
with srl rev 9/10 i went 90-98 hitpoints
atm with rev 10/11 i get errors with the version #
1.42, says 1.42 etc, tried changing it and dint work

:( It's so sad to see you go Mick ;( ;( I'm sure everyone joins me in saying this when i say, Please don't leave us! You've done so many great things and you shouldn't quit.

Well, I'm sure there are things that keep him from being able to work on this, and that is no one else's business. So advise to those that have problems or errors with the script, just try another script, like Hy's fight cave runner, until Mick can do something. Like he said, if someone else wants to step forward and lead this script, then go for it. I wish I could but i have much learning to do before I can accomplish great work like this.

Those that can keep running it, good luck, and have fun. Be careful on bans as now that the script won't be getting updates, they can start telling the footsteps that this script takes, and can ban you pretty fast. Just a warning.

I tried my luck and the inevidible happened, a big fat BANHAMMER came crashing down on me. Only a 10 day ban but thats enough to scare me out of botting on that character. I'll still be botting, just not on that character. Btw, I got to 82 atk (not str, lol) before I got banned. Keep up the good work mick, just wanted to give ya'll a little update.

Ye man i got banned for 10 days on my lvl 103 lol. Thats y i havnt botted in a while. Decided i will try again with these scar updates and revision updates. I know i wont get perm banned cause i only got 0.7 out of 10 black marks =).

In the script, do CTRL+F, and then fill in "NickNameBMP" and if u find a line with it, delete it or comment it (//NickNameBMP).
And, i believe, atleast for me, the versionchecker is not working, so if you have it too, just search for it, and do the same.

ooh noooooo! after i have succesfully fixed the comma problem, the script worked perfectly. now i want to use it again, but there is a syntax error:

this is the line where the problem is, been trying to work it out myself but no result :( i should really work hard to try and do it by myself

try to make it like this: EXACTLY

If that dunst work, post the same, but with 5 lines from under, and above, maybe its in them

Very good script, heres my feedback. The script hovers its mouse on white a lot. When ever it sees white it goes over it. you should also make a procedure to walk back to the middle when you die because you sit there for 10 secs looking at white things till its in the loop. Also when its in pc and it ends it sometimes moves to other landers. Last thing you should also make it to stay attacking one monster because it goes all over the place. Making it walk to where theres a monster on the map is a good idea but it might be to obvious if it walks ontop of it. Hope I helped.

Are you using the version on the front page? Or the one the guy posted a few posts ago… If not get that one it should work and make sure everything is updated… It works really good at world 144 low level boat on average i got 90-100 points every 3 hours

this is an excellent, very reliable script. i was getting 7-hour proggies every day, before i stopped myself.
However, after 2 days of 7-hours, i got a 10 day ban for autoing! this is my main, so ban=bad. i will not use it again, however, it is an excellent script. i wouldn't reccommend using it on your main…. or for more than 2 hours at a time.

Use with SRL 4 Revision 10.
Use SCAR 3.13. (3.12c might work?)

the only script so far that didnt have any errors in the script was Masterkill's PC script but the mouse just goes from the top left corner of smart to the center then repeats the loop, wish he could fix that but he has alot to do(sigh)

Most SCAR updates and SRL updates are backwards compatible, for the most part.

uhm… where can i download 1.42 if i download the newest he said its 1.41.
so i cant use him if it is that version

Everyone go back a few pages, someone updated the script it is safe i have been using it for days and days i was never banned and atleast 8-20 hours at a time, just take the time to go back a few pages and scan the posts someone posted it updated for newer version of scar not the script commands itself!

Guys, If everyone is getting a 10 day temporary ban id like to announce something. IT IS THE SCRIPT! wow duh? And no NOT EVERY SCRIPT WILL GET YOU BANNED! I got to 87 str on my guy macroing without jagex turning an eye. No you can't have my script :p

So…

I Deleted EVERYTHIGN to do with scar and redownloaded it all and installed and got svn and updated everything and so on..

Then i re downloaded the Script..

And compiled it again

It said

nice script did not work cause i had scar 3.15 but now it works perfect due to me updating it

So if I wanted to get full void range gear with this.. I would have toa, go up to 250 points, stop the script, come back, and then buy the thing, and set it off again?

Edit, i figured out to make a SCAR 3.13/SRL 10 [With Smart, copied Smart.scar] Cut out the FindWaterColor, cuz it was buggin.
Seen it do 1 game untill now, but not stopping!
