Sorry but how i can get Smart running on Low Detail, and can someone tell me what this means :)

SmartSetup('ny10', True, True);

ny10 is world, Second is Un-signed or not… But what is third ?

the first is the world, the seconds it high or low detail. the thrid is singed or un-assinged. ;)
