I don't think he's smart enough.. But could have gained some info with social engineering or w/e it's called… Or he just simply has a SRL member friend, or bought SMART from someone and is now using it like that.. "If you dont make me SRL member ill leak SMART".

I need proof. I have just been talking to Black hatfor like 2 days about this.
He is innocent IMO. Plus, we should not get the SMART buyers, but the SMART sellers.

The story:
He bought SMART, without knowing what it did, without a smart.scar.
It obviously didn't work for him, so he didn't pay and thought it was a keylogger.
Anyone can make a .dll called Embedded Smart.
The Middle man in the deal was osmm, so osmm received the file aswell.
Same story for him, he didn't know what it was, posted on the SRL forums, in public, 'does this work with smart too?', at JuKKa's thread.

I say BAN the SRL Members sellers, not the buyers.

Did he? According to him (and Black Hat, spoke to them seperate) he was the MM in a deal in which 't3h cr4ck3r' (that is his name on Black Hat's forum) was selling SMART.
Both he and the buyer could not figure out how smart works. So they didn't pay the SMART seller.
They may have actually deleted SMART because they thought it was a keylogger. <- This is the part I don't beleive… :p

Yeah osmm added me on msn and I'm helping him with scripting. He's not a bad person or anything. Not the greatest scripter out there but he's trying.
