Basically, you can request any srl scripts here, but there are couple things you should check before request.
#1 - Always search before requesting!
To save your time, and for the real requests to stay on top as long as possible, please use the search button to see if the script you want already has been posted.
If you cannot find it, no, don't post yet, go to the skill category where your script belongs, for example if you were looking for a powerminer, go to the Mining section of SRL Junior Member scripts or SRL Member Scripts, whereever are you looking from, like "SRL Junior Member Scripts —> Mining" and look from the top 10 posts counting from the top, if you can't find what you need, you can look below the 10th, but there the scripts most likely start to be outdated.

Think what kind of script are you going to request.
For example, if you want to find a script for 1-99 hunting or something like that, most likely if exists, the one is in SRL Member Scripts or above, so if you would post the answers would be like "that would be awesome" by the spammers/leechers, and then if the script exists in members or above, you will just get a "You will need to become an SRL Member to access one."

Don't request for a script to be fixed, and even more important, do not post the script you want to be fixed unless you have a permission for the author.
Before requesting a script to be fixed in any section, even in the spam forum, ask the script author before making a post!
If it will be fixed, the original author most likely is the one to fix it.
