maybe not, but knowing jagex, they would probably make a new update and allow people to run runes again hopefully

I hope so, because Jagex obviously likes rune running, they even made a world for it.

They could make an exception for the trade rule, like when you're in an altar you can trade the ess for noted ess and 1k or something like that. You would have to be in the altar, though, or people would just stand in banks and do it to give away free money.

but there's a 50k max exp per hour or w/e on assist. so i don't know

I didnt know there was a max of XP per hour with it. But that is so stupid.

No point in having 92 rc anymore.

Used to be you could craft 26 pure ess into double nats, then give back half and keep half yourself.

Now you assist the person, and they keep all of them. Stupid stupid stupid.

Yeah, the assist system isn't nearly as good as running cuz of the cap and the fact that the person who you assisted gets to have all of the runes.

hmm….seeing as how Jagex has made a world specifically for running air runes, they will probably introduce a system that can be used

When hiring someone as a runner, they both choose on agreed payment and then runescape only allows them to trade that exact payment, nothing more or less.

i dont no how that will work tho, because they have those companies at the nat place and air place that trade with any1 and runescape couldn't have a thing where like 200 people are hired for 1 person… if you understand me,

But that means that you can only do one run every 15 minutes.

Of course running won't be canceled out, it'll still be possible. The value of rune essence went down, you see.
Nat running will still be possible as well, it uses a different 'fuel' that is more expensive.
I recommend that one of you post something like 'assist zones' in the forums, so that only if you are in a certain region that you may assist.

what exactly does run runes mean?

Shawn, u give a guy 26 ess in the air altar and he gives u like 100 airs and 2.5k or less.. its a fast lvling RC bussnies…

And that idea for a Air Altar trade thing will NOT come.. wana know why? well then u just hire ur own main and give all cash.. IF they do this itll be filled with lvl 3s and mains.. great way to bann autoers… put like a invinsible mod there and he just right clicks and choose ''Bann–>[Name]'' and they get banned in 1 sec.. this would be a great way to ban us
