alright I was thinking a minute or two ago and it seems like this is the end of Runescape. They have appearantly been planning this out for a few months. at the end of the last, last update they made a list as if trying to cover up their screw up with previous updates….which they all screwed up…

i was on around 6 PM Central US time. And saw the population at around 100k.

Now it 10:45 and it's down to 76k. hopefully it'll get EVEN LOWER.:spongebob:

We have always planned to release the real-world trading updates and then improve them further by listening to your feedback. We were also aware that the updates may not have been perfect the first time around, or that they may not have functioned as an ideal replacement for what we have changed or taken away. This is not a reason to roll them back or remove them, but it IS a reason to keep improving them until they DO work as a full replacement.

Now, this will certainly kill Runescape. Now that everyone knows they're not changing back, things will only get worse! But…

I do see some improvements that may help which include…
- Better staff at Jag-x
- Keep wilderness as was.
- Disallow trades, Duels, and Pking from level 3's-20.
- Remove all recent updates.

Those take care of the RWT and keep the game fun. RWT will have to put more effort.

There are rumors of Run-scape being rolled-back (as far as updates are concerned) next Monday. I doubt they're true but who knows?

Guys, the player drop is from the botters which are no longer filling every world. I doubt many players left because all though they may talk big, if you are actually paying to play this game you won't leave that easily. And by January, there will be enough new members to cover the old ones that leave.

the author wrote.. that even iff we, the people that been playing rs since it was created, quit, the new players will keep on playing, because, we are the only 1s that actually kno wat rs was like in the past. for new players…its the best java based game ever.. they kno nothin bout pking, and other stuff… they JUST got here, and they just obey the rules. they dont kno of the paradise that once WAS, and no longer IS.
and any way…we shouldnt quit either, some pple and i have already stated in the official jan 2 update thread, that now its OUR era.. RWT ended, AUTOS jus begun..for full explanations keep on readin the official jan 2 update…
