SRL Archive - RuneScape News and General

I think the runescape forums are disabled rofl. I don't think there server could handle like 8000 pages of spam.

They are prolly keeping it off to stop ranters ;)

Yup, I also agree with Hy. I guess Jagex just doesn't want to hear about all the complaints.

its back now, and so are the ranters

ahhh, dont you love legit players

Edit:down again :(

It's been hovering up and down. Spamming is owning them.

Man… I wonder if the amount of users IS crashing it…

I've been having problems getting on all day, with blank pages off and on.

Based on the "Misuse of the Forums" announcement in the Rants forum (see below), I would say that everyone overloading the server is a possibility:

From: Mod Peter

As you may have noticed, since the release of our most recent game update there has been an almost unprecedented amount of activity on the Forums.

Stupid Peter. You wanna know why the forums are becoming active? Cause no one likes the PK update! :)

He is just petarded like the rest of jagex.

Haha they cant stop the truth. What monkeys.

Hahahaha its funny, pretty much every time i refresh the post on the runescape forum about the recent update todo with the wilderness changes its like another page or 2 longer!!! i don't think i've ever been on a forum where that happens!

its down because of all the complaints…

just like the farming poll ( do you like farming?)

evrybody voted "Noessss!!" and that wasnt what they expected..

so they removed the poll

and now they are locking down the forums ;) to wait when we are quiet again.

How many threads are going to be made on the forums being closed……
