What you can do is;

Buy a discontinued item on the autoer.
Sell to a shop.
Buy back on Main
Sell discontinued item .
You have your cash.

Another Way;

So far I think that noted items don't count as more.
So. Instead of dropping 1 coal, drop 10000 without the system knowing it .

I doubt this will be very effective but it's worth a shot either way..

the new way of cheating will be accounts selling for real life cash i guess

we allways drop noted so iam sure they they have tough of that ;) they have tough of every thing!

Or justgo to a remote desolate place and make sure noone comes.

Or you can give to a friend, as the 3k max profit limit wont be in effect cause the discontinued only cost 1gp.

auto on ur mains

this is a good way to "droptrade" after update
1. go to al kharid
2. go choose a stake duel vs ur lvl 3 or main
3. let the one thats gonna hold cash win by forfiet
4. congratz now u got a succesfull droptrade

That would be nice if they didn't have a 3k max.

I think the shop idea is a good idea, but you have to make sure you are in a dead world, or ya buggered lol.

Why would you get banned? Cause of the account interaction? If so what if we use a middleman between our accounts. We all have real life friends on RS, ones we can trust, or atleast should be able to trust.

EDIT: Just realised, even if the discontinued item would only be worth 1gp, it still doesn't do us any good as you can only sell it for 1gp or in this case, 3001gp max.

WRONG!! Prices are determined by the Grand Exchange value not the high alch value. Therefore, discontinued items are not worth 1 gp, they are worth millions. Good day.

That would be awesome to just randomly go to a shop and you see a phat set. Shit I would hope you got 5gp on ya.

What about a script that trades 2.9k GP at a time between 2 characters? I would probably take hours to transfer millions between characters. I don't know.

The shop idea won't work. I have already tried it and all the shop values are the grand exchange price, not any cheaper.

I like the idea someone else had. Everyone buy potatoes for a huge amount. Soon a potatoe price will be 500ea. pick potatoes and trade!

Or on your main just farm stuff, or trade useless junk that has a value of some kind. Seriously potatoe seeds, you can get grear prices on those. Oh wait you cant get for cheaper lol. Effing GE and 3k :duh: :mad: :duh: :mad: If you are really into it and want to spend alot of time you could create a new main by autoing on chickens and then just trade the tons of feathers you get. Also you could just auto on a new account and call it a main.

EDIT:Lol. I dont think jagex realizes that the new update will send prices on certain items upwards due to the lack of autoers getting them. Such as yew logs those will go up soon if they havnt already. This update could make us alot richer if only we could figure out a way to transfer items. I think we just might have to use the bounty hunter. But the bad thing is we can get attacked by anyone. I would say take about 50k worth of runes/arrows in each time.

if you sell a santa to a shop now you'd buy it back at the market value, cause tht's how they fixed shops and noted items are of "market value" over 3k

yeah the only thing i could think of was a under ground system that we would have autos mass gathering some thing to get a ludacrys price on it

If potatoes on the GE cost 10 gp, then they cost 10 gp in the shop. I assume that if you sold to the shop, they would only be worth 1 gp, if that.

But if the price of potatoes on the GE goes up to 5000 each, then in the shop they would cost 5000 as well. The question is how much the shop will pay you for your potato then…

If they still pay you 1 gp, it won't work. But if they will pay you 500 for your 5k gp potato, you just make some good money.

You would have to conspire to artificially inflate the GE price, and then never actually sell on the GE, but only in the shops.

I agree your going to see allot of account selling. People will go for total lvl's and combat lvl's since pures will be out of the picture.

They will also go for the amount of gp on the account.

Would it be possible to do trades with your dungeon in your house? I didn't see any part of the update that would block that.

Good idea, but I think that the updates won't let you pick up anything off the ground more than 3k even in a house.

I do believe that this would work but it would either require the collaboration of our entire SRL community to buy and sell potatoes for the maximum price on the GE :D or we would have to make an awesome script that would pick our potatoes, sell them, log into another account buy them and sell them, switch accounts, and repeat the process :stirthepot:

This shows that the price the general store sells items at is directly affected by the market price but I still have some question about the price the general store buys items at.

has any1 ever thought of autoing something that only sell to the shop for 0-1 coins? for instanse an awesome thing to auto is telly tabs… i was think about making a script but notime… im grounded right now… my parents think im doing my homework… you can sell to the shop in deep karamja general store for 0 coins each and and buy bank for 1 gp each on you main… so 10k gp would buy 10k telly tabs AKA 10mil…

thats a good way or just go to a really abandon place and drop trade there
