First Script!

The point of this script was originally to mine rune essence and craft it at the earth alter. At the moment, it can mine essence, or craft runes, just not both :P

Yes, try make small as possible bitmaps and try to reduce coord-clicking.

Oh… by the ay when i ran it i fixed the only mine 4 ess bug {actually my friend did}

do you mine helpin me fix the bug? and how do you get yours to run for 6 hours? was it on one char? mine lasted 20 minutes and ended up at varrock castle?

I tried this out and i have a bit of a problem, soon as i run the script it logs me out then logs me back in, when it takes out my essense it looks through my bank and like stops on a certain bank space, so i moved the mouse and it started heading towards the earth ruins, when i got there it clicked every rock besides the ruin i was supposed to go in, could you help me with this??

Also should i have my tiara in my inventory or wearing it?

Got this error in the debug box when trying to run…

Its good… but it could use a pin entering system, and less coordinate clicks. It also messes up with rune crafting. Good job though..

Its not working for me….All the autoer does for me is login and in and my password and then stops i am at east varrock bank and i dont know what i am doing wrnong plz help me and aslo getting a error [Runtime Error] : Exception: Access violation at address 0071B53C in module 'scar.exe'. Read of address FFFFFFFC in line 347 in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.12\includes\SRL/SRL/Core/Login.scar

i don't think it needs a progress report. It looks good and all for a first script… but it mined 2 essence for me, banked it, then went to magic shop. It should have found aubory, but didn't. It thought it found him, thought it teleported, thought it was in an essence room, thought it was done mining, thought it found teleport, etc. Too much coordinate clicking, because errors commonly occur. Oh, and it doesn't detect aubury's back… that was what started everything… ran for about 3 minutes. Once it "found" aubory, your dead.

Not sure about the Access violation error. And the earth crafting bit of it doesnt work very well atm. Its more of a beta earth crafter atm :D

Did some little upgrades on the ess miner so it should have fixed the bug that made it only mine a few essence before banking.

Are you sure thats its a problem with my script? Try running other peoples ones. Looks more like a problem with scar/srl. Maybe you are using a diffrent scar/srl to me.

Well im sure that its not a problem with my script, are you sure anyone elses works? Ive tried this on both of my computers and lots of other people have tried it to. Im sure it sounds more like a problem with your setup.

Sorry I cant be anymore help, but the first thing it does it log you in, and thats a srl include, not one of my own.

Does it even write in the line says "Ess miner 1.3" or something like that. If it doesnt, the script isnt compiling at all.

havent triend crafting, mining works perfect

nice job, but mines not looping, it stops when i open the bank window. It never deposits essence. It just stops. Do you know what the problem could be?

Well you'll probably never get to read this.
But in your info does "Dual" work?
You said they won't work together.

Well dual was supposed to mine an inv of ess, then walk to the altar and craft it. A time saver :D. I just havent got around to making it yet. If you wanted to edit my code to make it work idc. I just needs the loops changed abit + the crafting sorted abit more

This is amazingly good for a first script, but it doesn't run for long, the last time i used this it probably did 4 or 5 runs and it stopped and logged me out, and it wasn't because of any anti-randoms. I also just wanted to ask about when your mining and it clicks on random stuff and examines them is it supposed to help with randoms or something? Well i was just wondering what that does and maybe hope that you could show how you did it xD Oh and how did you move the camera or whatever like that? Hope to see more scripts from you! Good job man.

Tip: RadialRoadWalk already has Flag, you don't need to add it yourself.

ok it worked when i changed to SRL upgrade. (im such a noob) :P

Now that the screen has changed, do i need to change the script colours for it to properly work… i have tried but failed… but am i on the right track or do i need to do something else??

For me when it tries walking to the shop it just stays in one little cornor not there yet.

what version of scar/SRL is this working with atm ???
i only ask because it seems that some versions of scar work better than others for certain scripts.

Im going to run it just to try out the Earth crafter…at least then I can get a bit more out of my ess then airs…thanks.

You have to wear your tiara and have all earth runes in your inventory or it might get confused (well dats wat it does to me :cartman:)

The script can't be outdated, because others have reported success with this script using up to date versions of SCAR and SRL. I have another computer however, so I am going to try a clean install on it and see if it works.

Well, It has a few tweaks with the walking to aurburys shop. and i think i have fixed a few errors. i am sorry i don't have a proggy, i will post back soon with a fixed version! (if that is ok with you of course!)

u dont have to update manualy, just download through tools>options>srl download>subversion repository>checkout a window will pop up, let it run and it will go away on its own

I tried it with another computer… Tried using SCAR v3.12 and SRL 409, no errors, but does nothing. Used v3.14 with SRL 411, got HighestAngle error. Deleted every mention of HighestAngle, and it ran, after reaching the ess cave, got stuck. Wade, if you could post a fixed version of it that would be great. Otherwise, it's waiting for 1 week for access to Wizzy's ess miner.

Yea, that's what I've heard. I know this is offtopic, but I would like to know if there are scripts that will cut logs, then once the inv is full, it fletches the logs into the longbow of that log, then drops the longbows (for use of normal-willow logs perhaps). If not, then I could try coding it myself, and I could take woodcutting code from a free script, but I'd have to implement the fletching part myself.

This script worked well for me except that it can't ever find the exit from the essence mine.

Worked fine for me until it got to the cave, then the mouse started acting randomly and needed help to continue. This script really needs to be updated to work with SRL 411 so it fixes all the HighestAngle errors.

Hmm, does not work for me, I see many people got same error, are you gonna fix it? I run newest scar and srl.

Krim0407 if you just delete the 'HighestAngle' it will compile and run.

Edit: Beware though when deleting parts of scripts, as it could cause it to not function properly. In this case, it worked fine, but you might want to find a permanent fix that solves the problem instead of just avoiding it.

And highest angle is made to SetAngle in revision 10 so it means the script is outdated. If you remove lines, you will have problems because then, the script wont rotate the camera.

Ok, I try removing all HighestAngle and put in SetAngle…

If you want scrit to run, change all

HighestAngle;

to

SetAngle(True);

then script will run. It still think it founds teleportsymbol and teleports. It says "Going ro bank" or something, when it still stand in mines. Don't know how to fix this, I began learning scar and srl just 5 days ago…

any way, i just tested the earth crafter part of the script and it seems a lil buggy walking to the alter, twice i had it where i was standing right next to the alter and it clicked away and then got lost, the other bug i noticed was at the bank it failed to deposit earths, which is not the end of the world, but something to bring to your attention. BTW i <3 the fail safe for withdrawing ess, by withdrawing twice, its really not that amazing or helpful but i found it very clever :P

Nice script! THe first one that worked for me but there are a few glitches for me.

1 - Sometimes it cant find Audbury if he moves
2 - After mining and with a full inventory, it doesnt find the exit and tries to mine/examine things.

Alright, so I was able to get it to run.

It found the magic shop and Aubry quite fast, but once it was in an essence room, it took forever to find the essence rock. Then, when it finally found it and I started mining, after a few seconds it clicked to walk. Then it found the essence rock again and I was mining until I was full.

It then said it found the teleport symbol and that it was walking to it, when it really wasn't. Then it did the walking to bank on a blind click, set me to lost, then stopped the script.

wow this is fantastic work for first script…. not sure what the prob is but i left it for like a half hour and i had 20 ess in bank and i was in east varrok church. lol great work

Anyone know what to do i ran for 1 load on 1 guy got stuck in random so i stopped script did ranndom took back to bank now it wont type in user or pass anyone have any idea?????? please it works quite well except it got stuck in essence mine and said couldn't find bank

these scripts work a little differently for everyone. I'd say the thing to do is to learn how to script in scar, and either write your own script or fix the little problems yourself.
ps, the login problem can be fixed by clicking a little more to the right.

To fix the highest angle problem, as stated earlier you have to replace the "highestangle;" with "SetAngle(True);" and later I got an error that there was a missing semi-colon. Easily fixed of course… worked for me. a little buggy, but it worked.

i cant remember if i posted in here before but any way its pretty good and like disgrace777 said, it needs a PIN entering system.

If you read the rest of the thread you would see someone has already answered that. You change all the HighestAngle to SetAngle(True), but this thread is old so chances are the script wont work, please don't gravedig.

Yea I think it is outdated just by looking at the other posts from over a month ago. And they changed highestAngle with SetAngle.
