SRL Archive - Help and Support

Can anyone help me fix it? seeing as SRL got updated now, i wanted to see if i could fix it. Havent really looked at it. But it still doesn't work and im gunna have a pop.

I doubt i will be able to do anything or get anywhere. So would i be able to get some assistance if ineed it from anyone?

why dont you just ask him directly, but besides that, im willing to answer some questions if needed…

Well, He is in a different time zone to me, and when i AM on late enough to talk to him, his status on msn is somthing along the lines that he's busy talking to some girl, and not to message him, and i don't like to get on peoples nerves.

So when you say you need someone to help what do you mean? someone to do it for you? What are the problems. If its stuff with amount.scar get in touch with masquerader.

Well, to be honest i just wanted sombody to point me in the direction of whats wrong with it. Because i don't know at all. It just spins the map :S and im clueless.

erm, so if im getting this right, you don't know how to script, and you are a SRL member… whats up with that, besided this, maybe you should be requesting a 'teacher' instead of someone to help you fix it…

Did i say i couldn't script? no. I asked for help, a teacher helps do they not? maybe my question wasn't worded correctly enough for you or anyone else.

I could script before and then i stopped, my SRL knowledge was limited before and is still limited now. I don't have the capabilities to fix this script, is that enough information for you?

And if i couldn't script do you really think i would have got SRL member? Cmon, think about it.

I'm not for sure, but when SRL just started, i thought this was a total open forum, meaning everyone that joined was a SRL member, when it became more private, those members were still members, but some of em couldn't even script, so it was possible you were one of them. But if the script doesn't give any errors, then it will be more difficult to fix. If it does, it's a lot easier. And if it does, hit me up on MSN :), i might be able to help. Else i would suggest to be patient with phantom, or ask someone else that is willing to give it some time…

I haven't ran the script in over 4 months, but I think it rotates when it is trying to Find the gerrant. Just change the color of the Gerrant in the FindGerrant procedure, and see if that works.:)

lol i guess i should have a go at bringing this back.. im still here guys, i just got better things to do (work..)

gimme a few days and it should be finished ok?

EDIT: jeez.. i feel like its gone somewhat downhill.. i get loads of errors when i updated my SRL.. (when i run my script) but my script doesnt use any major stuff.. hmm.. give me a week or 2 instead

Sorry, i just get defensive at times. Didn't mean to get aggressive. The script compiles fine and doesn't have any errors that why i find it hard to understand and fix, because nothing is ACTUALLY wrong it just doesn't work :S

I tried that way ages ago when i first couldnt use the scipt, so maybe about 1 month and abit ago. It didn't work though so im not sure about that.

The master is back! Well hopefully you can find out whats wrong with it, because isure can't i spent almost an hour pouring over it and could't figure out anything. So i don't know it will take a much more advanced scripter than me to fix.But in the meen time im going to try to regain my SRL skills.

EDIT* OHH YEAH UPDATED SRL! IM SO STUPID!
