I remember getting that error once when i was developing it… but, i never found what caused, it, so srr but i can't help you there, lol
unless… you were trying to load a world that wasen't there or something

RealRune created the random world loading procedure, so I dunno if it works or not myself…
Make sure you load the world arrays first. Cant remember what its called but it should be at very top of scss.scar.

I thought when you called a procedure the dll would oppen the application… My bad.
