Is it normal that Smart like loads - updates everytime u run it ??

What do you mean?
Like the red RS Loading bar that goes "Checking for updates"…"Loading updates" Etc?

Thats what happens when you run unsigned. It is for me anyway.

i do run signed =/

Well it does have to load rs like anyother client if you start it up so I'm gonna asume it's normal…

with signed it takes no time genrally, i htink it's because it takes less work and travel less.

with unsigned SMART has to work to get it, i only takes a while to load when in unsigned

Ye he was using unsigned, he just didn't realise thats what the false was for :p thanks guys.

I've got it to true, and sometimes it tries doing unsigned…in which case I have to close SMART and try again.

it might have been the way you have set up your SRL and SMART.

check and see.
