SRL Archive - S.M.A.R.T. General and Q/A.

I run 2-3 SMARTS, and for each one, I have a script, SMART window, and a debug image. Thats a total of 9 things that are dominating my umm… ability to find any of the windows I am actually using.

I have already tryed "getself.hide", but that only eliminated the SCAR window.

Is there a simple way in windows to "bundle" things in that start bar, or better, not show certain items at all?

You can try one solution that was provided in this topic. Of course, that would mean you'd have a full icon tray too. :)

You mean putting it in the Icon Tray?


I thought that had side-effects. Or I may just be paranoid.

You can set specific applications to always hide when on the taskbar.

One warning, if you've got stuff in the tray, and explorer.exe crashes, there's a possibility that you'll lose contact with them :p

I had 3 SMARTs and 3 SCARs running completely invisibly :)

i was trying smart with autohide thingy for windows.

but it seems to stop the script from working
