I followed the tut exactly as it said, have SCAR 3.12c, latest java & everything…:(

& Line 38:

Get SCAR 3.13 maybe? I don't know for sure but I'd try that.

I just downloaded Scar3.13, added it all & still get

SMART Plugin is installed in Plugins folder ?

Yes. I also tried deleting it a min ago so I could extract it again, but it said I need permission… & I'm comp admin also.

When does this error come up?

Tried exiting all SCAR's then re-opening so the plugin can compile?

Nvm. I fixed it… Harry Had to send me another Text file, the one in Dark Sniper's post on Pwnazors tut wasnt logging me in or somthin…

ALWAYS call smartsetup and then SetTargetDC(SmartGetDC); BEFORE any smart function, or else it'll crash.

I'm having the same one, but yesterday I could've do the smart opening, stop the script and then do SetTargetDC… etc? =/

EDIT: Works again, the thing is that you've gotta do SmartSetup and SetTarget… in the same run.
