Idea from talking on Vent:

Server donations with RS stuff. Sell the stuff on RS. Sell the Mils on a site like no-wai.org. Take the money from selling it and donate it to SRL for the server fund. Make enough money and Dankness can buy a new server so SRL doesn't run so slow.

I don't know who would run it. Hobbit could alongside the Prize fund. Or even I could. I would just have to convince my dad to get a paypal account because I am 1 year short of the registration age.

Anyone got any thought/suggestions?

Lol who cares about what PayPal says how old you have to be to register…Just go ahead and register, they won't find out.

Also, I can help with hosting if SRL really needs it…I'm being hosted by lunarpages.com (mgatesphoto.com is my site), and here is my plan:

I would gladly donate, too bad PayPal is f**king gay about registering up a bank account (cant send any money till you have linked up your bank account :S)

I don't know, it's going to be an rs black market… So the average street price atm is 3.5-4$ per m…

I won't be selling though, other users will. Much like sythe, but I plan to moderate it, with a team, alot more closely.

SRL loading isn't that bad, but I somewhat feel sorry for dank having to pay server costs with the few donations we have.

I dunno, I think it could actually get quite a bit of money every month. $20 is quite a lot for just donations by RSGP.

I think Dank said somewhere that it costs him $75-100+ a month to keep all ther servers going (fourms, stats, etc)

So I'm gonna try to get ahold of Star and see if he ever plans on comming back and doing the scripting competitions, if not we could change the purpose of the bank for this.

Well….a large cheating community; lets say people decide to be grinches and only donate a total of 5m a month…

That's still like 25 bucks.

ermm… i'm autoing with VEM to get 100k iron ores, at the moment i got 20k, if i get 100k, Ill sell it, get 10M and donate money what i get from 5m to Communicity(like 20$)… but i got only e-gold account…is it accepted to donate???

…It takes me over a month to get 100k of them…:(
