Okk so I mighht or might not be active forr the next few days seeing as I am in the hospital.

Story:

I was out at a hockey game with my friends and we we're on our way home when a car ran a light and hit us. Everyone is ok except for some bumps and bruises. The doctor says I have a very nasty concussion so he wants to keep me for a few days to monitor me. Lukcly my mom brought her laptop to keep me entertained. Though I'm not sure if internet will stay on or not… But I'll keep you posted to whats happening if I can…

My head really hurts…:(

I've had a very minor concussion playing hockey before.. I hope you are fully rejuvenated soon, those can be serious injuries.

Yea… I get headaches a lot, probably because I had 2 concussions a few months apart in the 2nd/3rd grade (memory lost too I guess).

Hope you get better and out of the hospital soon.

Update:

They took me for an MRI this morning, I haven't heard anything from the results but the RCMP (Police) came and talked to me about what happened. Aparently it was a stolen car and the driver was drunk. He's being charged with Recless Endangerment, D.U.I., G.T.A.
But my friends came to see me today, I got the brunt of the hit b/c I was in the rear seat next to the door he hit. The doctor said I'll probly be in and outta it for awhile.. and the morphine probably wont help with that (I think that was a joke on his part :confused:)

Anyways, back to sleep, I'll try to get back on when if I learn anymore

that sucks man, people need to watch when they are driving, do you play hockey or just went and watched a game?

i have a list of hockey injuries :D

2 broken collar bones, 3 overnight concussion in hospital, broken wrist, shattered fingers ( 4 fingers ), and many pains :D

sucks stayin in the hospital

Hopefully, by the end of your stay, you will be immune to the hospital food.

Ow, way too much car accidents nowadays:(…hope you get better…Does hospital have WLAN(Wireless internet), usually they does…

MRI came back fine but they're still keeping me till wednesday just incase..

Also they do got a WLAN but they have separate one for the people in the hospital… and it sucks, that's why I may/may not be active and if I am may not be for long…

ouch, i know that boat, i have had 2 major concussions and 1 minor, it isn't fun at all, ad hell, stay away from spongebathes…. they tease you with younger nurses and then send you the old bags :eek:
