Lol, i went and checked out all those sites and posts of his(was bored). I would vote for a ban, as he is not only doing things that are against SRL rules, he is posting and 'creating' things that are not only morally wrong, but also partly illegal.

I was going to donate all $20,000 but his site doesn't say where or how to donate :(
